I think its been my third or fourth time there and it just keeps getting better! I started staying there on the regular because it is close to my sisters condo. Now I stay there cuz it is sooooo nice and soooooo pet friendly. Everthing about it is delighful. The staff has always beem attentive and friendly. This time we interacted with Roberto and he did not disappoint. What I like most is that it is a small property. You don't have to go down a hallway to an elevator to anoher hall way to get to the pool, you literally just step out of your room! This hotel experience has made me realize that small hotels are where its at! And now when I travel, if I have the option, I book smaller spots. read more

Had a wonderful overnight stay with my wife. Our room was nice and cool, even though the weather was 120° outside. It was a wonderful romantic place and I would love to go back again sometime, if we could just find some overnight babysitting again. Location was wonderful. Breakfast was definitely better than your average continental breakfast. It was just a magical garden inside. Loved the pool and spa and cold plunge. Had a wonderful evening swimming beneath the beautiful starlight sky. Some of the artwork in the rooms felt a little awkward. read more

What a beautiful property. Small, quaint and quiet this is the one of the best designed boutique hotel I have been to. A must if you need a break from the noise of life. The staff if amazing. The amenities are fab and Michelle is freaking awesome with her bubbly self! Thanks Michelle! I felt no incline to leave the facility except for dinner. I will be going back for sure! read more

The Dive in Palm Springs was exactly the place I was looking for to recharge. This quaint, peaceful hotel had everything I wanted for a relaxing getaway. The amenities were outstanding, including an outdoor sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, and pool. They also offered a complimentary breakfast each morning, and the cozy on-site bar was perfect for enjoying a drink in the evening. What truly made the experience special was the incredible staff; they were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive throughout my stay. I also loved how The Dive encouraged guests to disconnect from their phones and the constant pull of screens, making it easy to be present and fully unwind. If you're looking for a quiet, restorative escape in Palm Springs, I can't recommend The Dive enough. I would absolutely stay here again read more

The property is beautiful, pool and cold plunge/ sauna/ fire pit were nice. The breakfast was delicious, better quality than average continental. Staff is lovely and helpful. We gave it 3 stars mainly because some of the cushions on beds/furniture in the relaxing spaces seemed kinda dingy needed cleaning. And property is by a busy road so traffic noise takes from the relaxing experience especially in the spaces towards the back. read more

My wife and I just got back from a fantastic stay at DIVE in Palm Springs, which received a Michelin key rating in 2024. It's a beautiful adults-only boutique hotel with just 11 rooms set amongst a beautiful outdoor space including a pool, poolside lounge chairs, and daybeds nestled under trees throughout the property. the gardens and the orchard are perfect spaces to relax under the shade of a tree and take a nap. The entire experience was a vibe! Robert welcomed us and our puppy with a puppy welcome bag and two complimentary glasses of wine before escorting us to our room. We enjoyed having a patio out the pack, and the beds and linens are comfortable. There are many boutique hotel options (some better than others), so we're always looking for something that is unique. There is a complimentary poolside coffee and tea station as well as a complimentary breakfast to enjoy in the garden each morning. If you're looking to relax, do yourself a favor and book a stay here. read more

We spent 2 weekends at The Dive and can't wait to come back. Robert and Nayeli were the perfect hosts. They knew about restaurants that the locals frequented and that was a big help. The rooms were very lovely and quaint. I felt like I was at an oasis away from the big city. Thank you Dive staff, see you real soon. T Ruben and Tabby Lopez read more

A Perfect Oasis in the Desert! My recent stay at The Dive Palm Springs was an absolute dream from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and a refreshing welcome drink that instantly melted away my travel stress. The retro-chic design of the courtyard set the tone for a stay that felt both stylish and effortlessly cool. I stayed in the " Paris Suite #1" and wow--what a sanctuary! The Parisian decor, plush bedding, and private patio with mountain views made it impossible not to relax. Little touches like l'occitane bath products and an Amazon Alexa added such a personal, thoughtful flair. The pool area was my happy place--crystal-clear water, cozy lounge beds, and a fire pit for evening hangs under the stars. The location couldn't be better: a quick stroll to downtown's shops and restaurants, and the free bike rentals made exploring the nearby Midcentury homes a breeze. Eco-friendly, vibrant, and full of soul--this spot is a gem. I left feeling recharged and already planning my next escape here. 10/10 would dive in again! Pro tip: Book a poolside cabana for the ultimate chill session. You won't regret it! read more

Loved my stay at Dive. It was so peaceful. The rooms are around a large courtyard/pool. Everything is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The bed/pillows etc are super comfortable and good quality. The staff was very nice and friendly. The only thing I would change is the showerheads/water pressure. But I know that is a desert thing so I get it. read more

Everything about the venue is spectacular. Amenities, rooms, outdoor sauna, cold plunge pool, and morning breakfasts were tasty. What made the stay even more special was the incredible staff. Michelle, Robert, and Carlos were so gracious, helpful, and pleasant. My husband and I stayed the first night on our own and then had some guests from NZ come and stay, and they, too, went home with an incredible experience. Highly recommend this wonderful spot, and thank you for making it such a wonderful, relaxing, and memorable experience. read more

The location of the Dive hotel is very nice because it is a couple of miles from downtown making for a relaxing stay. The staff is so nice and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The pool is wonderful and the breakfasts are lovely. The neighborhood is great for a morning or evening walk. We found a great Italian restaurant within a mile of the hotel called La Bougainvillea. We will be back! read more

Wow! I came here last year with my mother, and I have returned this year with my boyfriend for our 1 year anniversary trip. The service is beyond excellent, and all the staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. The amenities have expanded to offer an even better experience. They have implemented a sauna, and a cold plunge, which was a great surprise! Both were utilized and really heightened our experience. Between a mother-daughter trip and or a one year anniversary with my guy, this quaint boutique Hotel is really the perfect getaway for any event! Definitely will be coming back again! Bon voyage! read more

My husband and I love this place so much! I will definitely be coming back. There is just so many good things to say about it! First of all, I am so happy that they are chemical free! The luxury linens are not washed with a bunch of toxic chemicals! The room was so lovely! Great shower, so many thoughtful touches. The grounds are absolutely wonderful! A fountain, a pond, pool, spa, firing, so many lovely nooks, and sitting spaces. The staff was the absolute best! Everyone was so lovely and helpful. You even get a free breakfast that was actually quite good! I can't recommend this place enough. read more

Clean and quiet. Loved that the pool is open 24/7 (of course there are quiet hrs). Pool was a great temp. Enjoyed the complementary breakfast, no frills but perfect. I think next time I would stay in the rooms facing the pool (11,12,13 dont face the pool), but that was just a preference thing. Music was a vibe, and drowns out the street noise well. Adults only was appreciated. Luscious foliage in the courtyard. I felt like it was worth what we paid. Staff was very friendly. We will be back! read more

This place is pretty dreamy! The perfect place to stay for some serious R&R! Aesthetically the place is so charming and the grounds are upkept beautifully! They have a decent size pool that is kept at 85 degrees and the jacuzzi at 104. Misters are ongoing to keep you cool while sunbathing which is appreciated in the desert! The staff truly goes above and beyond to ensure you feel welcomed and have a comfortable stay. Huge shout out to Ken who was so welcoming and can also make a mean spicy margarita! I recommend not passing on ordering from the cocktail bar because the drinks are done exceptionally well! TIP: Small hotel boutique of 11 rooms so book in advance. The rooms do NOT have a TV because they truly want the guest to unplug. Complimentary parking and breakfast onsite which is appreciated. read more

A Lovely Oasis My recent stay at Dive is just what I needed to nourish and recharge my mind, body and soul. The hotel has a very chill, attentive vibe with extra friendly staff ensuring your stay is top notch. This is the first time I have slept on natural linen sheets (always thought I was a sateen girl) and it was heavenly--with the mattress being nice and cozy (I need to have a serious thought about buying linen sheets for my home because I prioritize the coziness of my bed and bedroom!). The pool area was perfect and I struck up fun (non-invasive) conversations with other travelers. It was perfect. read more

We had an excellent long getaway at Dive recently. We had our flight down to Palm Springs cancelled last minute and had to scramble to find a way out there. Dive was very accommodating to our last minute changes and assured us we'd make it work. The grounds were beautifully cared for with lots of places to sit and relax in the sun. We enjoyed breakfast by the pool each morning. It was a simple menu of yogurt, granola, fruit, and croissants. Simple, but it gave us an easy way to wake up slowly and start our day. The pool was absolutely fabulous and heated up enough to actually be comfortable to swim in. The hot tub was wonderful too and we enjoyed taking late night dips in the evening when the temps were cool. Rooms were small and simple but well designed. No TVs, so perfect if you are looking for a place to unplug. Our favorite part was how quiet it was on the property. With only 11 rooms, it made the weekend feel like our own private getaway. Highly recommend for a splurge weekend in Palm Springs! read more

This little place is soooo charming! When you first walk-in, it's like walking into an enchanted universe. It is so inviting and it takes a minute to even try and take it all in. So many little details and every square foot of space is used properly. I found this gem and took my husband for his 50th. In advance I ordered som add-one to the room. Strawberries, a charcuterie board and balloons. They nailed it! Everything here is so thoughtful. I see why so many reviewers make heavy note of the French vibe. We feel like this is our own private community with other friendly vacationers. You can order your petite déjeuner via text or walk up to the little kitchen window. Same with your drink orders. Everything on the property is just a few steps away. I like how it seems to draw a more mature crowd of professionals and we are all here for the same thing...relax and restore. Now, the staff...WOW, they are lovely. They have a genuine friendliness and are very attentive. They deserve a lot of credit for ensuring everything is running smoothly and they do an excellent job. Lastly, our Frenchie....the staff gifted her a toy, treats and some extra potty bags. She LOVED her new toy and doesn't want to let it go. If you are looking to decompress and unplug, this is the place to be. There are no tvs in the rooms (which I love), the pool is just a few feet from your door as is the kitchen and everything else you need. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again. read more

Every year, for our anniversary, we go to Palm Springs, and our go-to place to stay is Talavera, but we decided to stay at Dive this year, and we weren't disappointed. It's an adult only, beautiful boutique hotel with a French Riviera vibe. We stayed in the Orchard. It's the only room with a private jacuzzi, and it has a three hole putting green, which my hubby loved. You get a complimentary breakfast, and they serve lunch and drinks. We loved lounging on the beds in the cabanas once the sun went down. The June weather was perfect. Sunny during the day to swim and cool enough to hang out at either of the two firepit areas. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. I definitely recommend staying here or Talavera. Both are uniquely different, but they both feel like you are swept away into another place and not in the desert. read more

I regret my stay here !The room does not match the advertised photos, presenting as a small, with minimal natural light, with only two small windows near the front door without screens to open the window due to bugs at the end of a hallway. The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, and the thermostat malfunctions, causing the unit to continuously emit cold air at a high speed directly at the bed. Additionally, the bathroom floor is improperly sloped, resulting in water accumulation and flooding during showers. The bed is uneven due to wear, impacting comfort. While the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good, and the outdoor pool area is well-maintained and nice. Not worth the price paid. read more

What a weekend getaway gem in Palm Springs. The ambiance and design of this boutique hotel is fantastic. We stayed for a couple days over the weekend and can say the experience was 10/10. The Dive is so beautiful for a small boutique hotel. The layout of the orchard area was magical and felt secluded. The cabanas were spacious that fit about 5 people. My friends and I stayed in the Paris suite that had our very own private patio and entrance from the inner hotel. The suite was so beautiful that the girls seriously could not stop taking pictures the whole weekend that we were there. There was a little miscommunication prior to checking in, but the managers were very communicative and we worked it all out. We had plans for dinner and bike riding in downtown Palm Springs, but we never left the hotel because we had all that we needed there. Exceeded our expectations! This wonderful gem is unassuming on the outside until you enter the gate and discover the beautiful paradise that awaits inside. So much love and care has gone into the grounds, the vibe is wonderful and the water feature adds to the tranquil experience. First come first serve pool side cabanas, a fire pit and very clean pool and jacuzzi. I haven't even got to the room yet! I mentioned when I booked that my husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. When we arrived our room had been upgraded to a suite, there was a rose petal walkway, a chilled bottle of wine and a card from the hotel wishing us a happy anniversary! So special! The room is clean, artfully decorated and the bed is so comfy. My husband also loved the day bed and enjoyed a nap. My wife and I returned to Dive this past weekend for a second time and it was just as lovely as our first trip. Abdi, Ashley, Felix and the rest of the staff are so welcoming and accommodating. They've also made a few upgrades since our last visit that continue to elevate the already perfect experience. We've stayed in the King Room and King Suite and highly recommend the suite if it's in your budget. The extra little sitting nook/day bed is a really lovely addition to the room. But really, you can't go wrong with any of the rooms. Staying in one of the Orchard or Paris suites is definitely on our Dive bucket list. I don't have much to add except that if you're thinking about spending some time in Palm Springs, you'd be hard pressed to spend it in a lovelier place than Dive. read more

Just stayed the weekend here for our wedding anniversary. We stayed in the Orchard Suite and it did not disappoint. The hotel is beautiful! PROS: Beautiful grounds Beautiful room High end bathroom products Crêpes were delicious Super friendly staff No crazy COVID rules, felt very normal! I adore Dive! Second time here, and I was welcomed back with a handwritten note and a bottle of rose, which was such a lovely touch - the Dive team is wonderful, thank you so much!! We booked 3 nights and ended up staying 4 because we couldn't bear to leave. The room: we had a king suite. With windows on opposite walls, including a private patio, and the shiplap ceiling, it feels like your own flat in the South of France. Main windows (with blackout shades) faced the lush garden and pool. The room itself is chic-country-desert-French-maritime all put together, with beautiful attention to details like color, art, decorative hardware, tile, linens, and omg the bed is incredibly comfortable and cozy. And, no TV - dreamy for disconnecting. Property vibe: since it's both small and an adult-only hotel, the property is very quiet with many spots to relax and lounge. There are cabanas for anyone to use, and I highly recommend for lazy, breezy reading. There is a tucked-away hammock for napping. I love the look/design of the umbrellas, too, so cute. The music is perfectly curated, beginning quietly in the morning with classical eg Glenn Gould playing Goldberg Variations, and amps slightly - but never too loud to read - as the day goes on, to dreamy French/Indie/desert pop spanning eras. A very fresh breakfast is included (coffee, tea, juice, egg, tasty granola, oat milk, berries and fruit with the option to add avo toast, champagne, etc.). There's a grocery store and shopping center across the main road, and the town's main strip is just a 5 min car ride, or 15 min bike ride, away. If you want to feel supremely relaxed, utterly transported, and purely fabulous, stay at Dive. read more

Where do I even start? They have been SO accommodating to my partner and I, and it's been amazing. We had a stay planned for 2 nights to get away from the crowd of our town but we had to extend our stay because it's so AMAZING. Adult only. Quiet. Quaint. Great pool. Great prices. Palm Springs perfection. Location is close to everything. Downtown Palm Springs, easy drive to Joshua Tree, and more. Check-in was SEAMLESS. Literally the easiest thing. We checked in after hours and it was so easy. Breakfast was complimentary and drinks were great! They even made me a virgin drink since I'm pregnant. Cleanliness is amazing. Covid-19 regulations are in place and our room was spotless... speaking of our room, it was something out of a movie. We felt like we weren't even in CA & I feel like that's the goal when coming to Palm Springs. Get away, and unwind. So thank you Dive! We will be back. read more
