What a great vibe and bang for your buck. This property is relaxing, great pool area with a friendly and attentive staff. The rooms were nice, comfy bed. The only thing I would change is the shower heads in the shower were not the best. I would recommend this quit adults only hotel to anyone looking to relax and get away.

We had a really nice stay at ARRIVE Palm Springs. There were a few small issues during our visit, but Kim, the manager, was amazing ,she was always there to help and made sure everything was taken care of. Aya was super sweet and kind ! The food and drinks were great, and overall it was a very enjoyable experience. Thank you, Kim, for your kindness and professionalism!

Just a heads up for those that like fried chicken sandwiches... The Arrive Hotel on North Palm Canyon has the best chicken sandwich I've ever eaten. I had a sandwich and a Cosmo for $15 on the happy hour menu from 3 to 6. Coming from San Diego where I'd spend that amount on the drink alone, it was a hell of a bargain. Not only that, the service is excellent and it was delicious well. And the ambience is beautiful with the mountains so close. Paul is a very good Manager as well. A great place to unwind.

Comfy king bed, fit for a queen!

I just returned from a few days at ARRIVE Palm Springs and had an awesome time! The property was clean, well maintained and had everything I needed for a relaxing weekend. Funny story... Driving from Las Vegas to Palm Springs, my wife decided to read aloud the 1 star reviews for ARRIVE. Thankfully, upon reflection on a great weekend all the complaints regarding ARRIVE PS were absent during my visit. I'll start with MY experience v. ONE stars: Friendly and helpful staff all around v. rude and unfriendly. Great food and drink v. lousy food and expensive drinks. Comfortable room and in good shape v. I looked for a robe with a hole in it, nothing found. Music by the pool was nice v. loud, blaring music all day and night. The property was void of riff-raff roaming around v. unhoused checking doors and loitering around the property. Check in/out was easy v. I did not get charged multiple times or treated rudely. Also... I loved adults only, 21+ (and yes, that excludes babies, 19 year-olds, toddlers and anyone UNDER 21 years old, duh!) The bed was super comfy and A/C was ICE COLD - thank you! Location was good, a few nice places to eat and drink within walking distance and easy parking around the back. Downtown is 1-1.5 miles down the road. Bonus: great neighborhoods behind the property to walk around and snap photos of amazing architecture. Neighborhoods: Vista Las Palmas and Old Las Palmas (be sure to stop by Liberace's place and see the piano mailbox!) LOVED ARRIVE PS, 5 stars!

A welcoming oasis in the desert. My partner and I stayed at the Arrive during a recent trip to Palm Springs. It's a cute, boutique hotel about 2 miles from the downtown area. We chose to stay here due to other reviews and the fact it is 21+. It has been amazing to enjoy the patio and pool area without kids running/screaming everywhere. We stayed here in January during the week so it was definitely quieter than I expect other times of the year or on weekends. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance to the hotel if you don't want to drive into downtown for a meal. The hotel restaurant has a nice menu and the food is superb. I enjoyed brunch there during my stay. I loved starting my day with the outdoor seating facing the mountains. The bar also opens out to the pool area which is surrounded by ample, cozy seating. We were given complimentary, "drink on us" coupons upon arrival which was a lovely, welcoming gesture. Speaking of welcoming, the staff are chill, down to earth and very helpful. Our poolside room had its own patio with a small fireplace and the room was perfectly decorated and inviting. Heads up for those coming here for a weekend with friends and plan to share a room. The shower/bathroom area in the rooms are open. The toilet has a small door but there is no privacy for showering. Sorry, fellow shy peeps! Overall it was a wonderful experience in a charming hotel in Palm Springs.

If you're looking for a fantastic adults-only getaway, ARRIVE is the place to make it happen. Check in at the bar was quick and easy and we were given a complimentary drink after checking in. Nice touch! The vibe of the place is great. Pool area was super clean and relaxing. Love that it's only got about 25 or so rooms. Even when fully booked, there are always poolside lounge chairs available. They've got bicycles to borrow. It's about a mile from downtown. Definitely walkable if it's not too hot and you're not in a rush. Uber wasn't expensive to get downtown. We grabbed coffee next door at Cartel and had a fantastic bike ride through the movie colony to check out houses and architecture before riding downtown for breakfast. Room was fantastic. Close to the pool. Awesome patio with fire chimenea. Super cold air conditioner. We'll definitely be back!

I fell in love with this place when I was placing our reservation. The people were just as nice over the phone as they were when I got there.

Gather round.... cuz I've got some insider info you won't wanna miss! Picture this: you're in Palm Springs, and you're thinking, "Hey, I'd love to spend the day at a nice pool with pool side service." Well, guess what? You totally can, even if you're not staying at the Arrive Hotel. Locals are all over this secret like bees to honey, and it's about time you joined the party! So, this isn't your typical "splash and sunbathe" deal - The Pool at Arrive Hotel is like a diamond in the rough. It's not just for guests; it's also got a killer restaurant that'll make your taste buds do the cha-cha. Whether you're crashing at the hotel or just a hungry explorer, The Pool is where you wanna be. When you waltz into "The Pool" area, get ready to be smitten by its chic, laid-back vibes. It's like a modern oasis, and the views of those towering mountains are the icing on the cake. Whether you're an indoor aficionado or a sun-soaking enthusiast, this place is an absolute game-changer for pool side fun. You can start your day at the pool at 8AM if you wish to... Breakfast starts at 8 am, and you've got Cartel Roasting... as a great back up plan for those that simply don't do breakfast. A perfectly brewed cup of coffee, refreshing smoothie or avocado toast... take your pick. When the sun climbs higher, and lunchtime rolls around.... The pool menu is pretty decent. Check it out for yourself The staff are not only attentive; they're your new best pals, ready to make your visit unforgettable. Got a question? They've got an answer. Craving something special? They're here to make it happen. Your happiness is their top priority. And here's a little nugget of info that'll make you smile - there's a new DJ in town, and they're gonna be spinning some sweet beats from 3 pm to 7 pm at The Pool. If you're a music lover, you're in for a treat, my friend. To get all the deets, just give the hotel a shout. After you've had your fill, go on a little adventure and explore fabulous Palm Springs.... everything is walking distance..... just don't forget to drink tons of water (with electrolytes)

My husband and I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The decor is great, very cozy kitschy boutique design. They surprised us with an upgrade to one of the patio suites which was a nice bonus! Having the little secluded patio and chiminea was a fun little touch. Only downsides were that it's about a mile away from downtown. We walked the whole time which was fine but know that going in you may want to rent a car or Uber. There's a few really nice restaurants and shops around but not a lot - kinda nice and quiet. There was also a day that for whatever reason we never got room service. The pool, cocktails, and food at the restaurant were great but there's not a lot of other amenities offered.

The night I stayed it was $1,000 and many nights are in the $600-700 or above range. You won't find prices under $500. With that in mind it should be luxury. There's nothing luxury here. It's fine, it's clean, it's nice. First the staff, everyone is great. Very friendly, helpful, informative. So no problems there. So I think it's the management and the operator of the hotel. Inside the rooms, even after a recent renovation, it's just fine. There's nothing noticeable and there's nothing I'll think about or mention as a great part of the room. Everything is fine. During conferences or events, they may close certain parts of the hotel to other guests. That happened to me but didn't affect my impression of the hotel. I did speak with front desk to get some fees waived due to facilities being closed to non-conference guests. The other thing is with this resort fees, there's nothing worth any value included. So they advertise fitness facility and internet. That is basic and should be included in the rate, not resort fee. If you want to use the sauna in the spa, that's another $50 day pass fee on top of the resort fee. I understand other hotels do this but I am not into normalizing this. This is more a practice in the US, when you travel to Asia and Europe, saunas are at least included. Fees on top of rates on top of fees is a continuing practice at US hotels that I will be calling out and reflecting in reviews and to hotel staff. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It's fine if you want to check it out. I've stayed at other hotels in the area and would recommend those, esp at this price point you have the world of options.

I was a little scared when I read that most of the recent reviews were negative. I was thinking "oh no! What did I get us into." This place is a blast from the past. They play 1950s music all day on speakers throughout the complex, it creates that vintage feel but can get repetitive after a few days. Lounge with tables, board games, travel brochures, couches, fire place, coffee and tea, and industrial kitchen for use during your stay. (Old reviews mention happy hour, breakfast, snacks, etc. these are no longer offered but why not just bring your own?) Each room has microwave and mini fridge. Outdoor gas fire pit for use. The pool is small but has a deep end 8ft which is nice. There are pool noodles and some tubes to use. The hot tub is spacious and powerful jets. We stayed in the Hawaiian surf room, loved the theme it was so cute and felt like a tropical getaway. The shower is small but functional. Good AC unit with a remote control and ceiling fan. Surfboard coffee table and wicker love seat add to the tropical feel. Overall this was a nice private getaway. You can be left alone to relax! If you need anything you can text the hotel and someone replies super quick in my experience. The hotel feels very secure with codes needed to enter the complex and security cameras at the entrance and surrounding the complex. (Probably for management to check and make sure everything is running smoothly). I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I have stayed at a few different boutique hotels in the area. This would be a top choice! Please realize this is an older complex and it does show some wear and tear but come on the building is probably 100 years old or somewhere close to that. If you are expecting a sterile, high end, resort feel for your stay this is not your place... but otherwise this is a great choice! I couldn't help but feel bad for the owners with all of the really bad reviews on here because that was truly not my experience. I left off one star because there are definitely areas of improvement that could be made but not enough to ruin my experience.

While looking for a hotel to stay during my weekend getaway Rendezvous stood out because there a…read morelot of amenities with no resort fees! That was the biggest plus. There are 10 rooms available and each one is a different theme in the 1950s. I stayed for two nights in the Crooners room and I enjoyed my stay a lot. When I arrived, Tim, the inn keeper assisted me with my room keys and showing me around the property. My room was decorated with the Rat Pack and I loved it. All rooms are a maximum of two people with a hot tub, refrigerator with water, microwave, and coffee maker, air conditioning, and DVD player. If you'd like, bring a DVD and popcorn to enjoy during your stay. The bed was pretty comfortable. There were more than enough pillows which I'm guilty of using more than one pillow while I sleep. I love how the comforter was linen on the outside, but cozy and warm on the inside. The Crooners room has two sinks, but I only used one. There is happy hour everyday at 5pm by the pool or communal area with snacks and beer or wine. During my stay there were chips and salsa and the following day was veggies with dip, with of course a drink of choice. Really nice touch added to my stay. It's been a while since I have stayed in a bed and breakfast and I love the homeyness here. Breakfast is served in the communal dining area with hand sanitizer provided. The three-course breakfast starts with a fruit smoothie, a fruit parfait and a hot breakfast. For breakfast they served blueberry pancakes with sausage and the following day it was quiche with artichoke hearts and potatoes. I loved the service here so much. You sit at a table and they serve the food to you. The pool is open 24 hours will pool floaties available to use as well. Another thing I like about this place is that because there aren't many people (max 40 people at a time) it is highly likely you will get the pool to yourself. When I checked out and left the property I told my husband I would enjoy staying here again. I really enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend you stay here too.
