My second to last trip here I was picking up some vehicle care extras, and asked the gentleman behind the counter for some advice on some serious work needing done to the engine on my vehicle. He gave no-frills advice, and explained everything in an approachable manner. This experience is what made me decide to keep coming back. I'd like to highlight my recent visit, because it was just that awesome! I came in to get additional simple vehicle care items, and immediately I was greeted by Xavier. After providing a genuine warm welcome to the store, he then helped me select my items. Upon check out, I asked him about replacing the windshield wiper fluid dispensers. Not only did he check them to see if it was something I could do myself, but then helped me select the product and instructed me how to do it step by step! Something I previously would have been intimidated to do, Xavier gave me the advice and confidence to do the project on my own. We purchased a new construction home that has countless issues, one of which being the electrical…read morehad a risk for arcing because a screw was too short to secure the panel to the bus, so the installer just left the screw sitting in the panel. We had 4 different Master Electricians out telling us we needed to replace the entire panel and it would be a ton of work and thousands of dollars. Thankfully we had Danny Haddad from DC Electric out who said we just need to order a longer screw to secure the panel, and took care of some other things. After 4 electricians we feel like finally this guy gets it and he clearly had a lot of empathy for our situation. We liked him right away and finally felt taken care of by someone who actually knows what's going on. He was very thorough in explaining the process and making us feel safe. My husband has some previous experience/ knowledge of electrical so everything made perfect sense that he was saying. He was tidy, prompt and communicative. That's alright, the customer service was just as good. Sid checked me out as I bought lightbulbs for my vehicle as all of them had burned out. I straight up told him I didn't know how to install them. He said he would assist me -- and that he did. Not only did he install 5 bulbs but he even went back and forth inside the store to get the right tools to undo my light fixtures. Otherwise, prices are high. I don't care...this customer service is awesome. Chris was even a big help for other customers.
