We were greeted immediately by a host who showed us around and brought us to the 6th floor to The Library where we were given lemonade with an option to spike it. This was not a wait in line for someone to help you. This was a concierge service the whole time. Our host brought us to the room and showed us around, who doesn't love an iPad to control your thermostat, your blackout shades, tv, and music. The room is deathly quiet. You can actually hear yourself think. The marble bathroom with the tv in the mirror, the separate water closet, shower, and bathtub with Bvlgari amenities is stunning. The bed is uber comfortable with high thread count sheets. The bar cart with items for mixed drinks is something I have never seen in the thousands of room nights ai have stayed all over the world. The only thing I would change about the experience is it is just too much food for one person. There was a lot of waste and I felt bad about that. Would prefer an option to share an eight course tasting with another person and I think that would be perfect. I understand that they don't make as much money that way, but the concept might be something to consider - also making it more affordable for students to actually partake.
