I live close to Savannah GA and my local dealer quoted me a package that charged more than MSRP for the tractor and loader. I shopped around and found Beshears Kubota, and Joe gave me a very fair deal. I drove over 250 miles each way to purchase the tractor package and it was worth every minute on the road. I definitely felt like I was valued as a customer. If you are considering purchasing a new Kubota, I highly recommend Beshears Kubots.

Called Beshears in opelika the lady over warranty she talked to service manager he said bring it down landpride was good on warranty took to the service manager he immediately said what did you hit . He was the rudest person as a manager that I've ever dealt with and even insinuated I was lying he called me the next day and said that land pride was not going to cover it was my fault that the slip clutch didn't work but it worked 2 weeks before. Other people that have seen the driveline think the metal just had a flaw in it. Either way I think it should have been covered under warranty but that's their choice. I am paying for about 40 000 bucks of equipment I got from there and they can't cover a 107$ part that's what it cost me to order the oem part. l have had 2 more problems down there where people were rude or short with me. It's just my opinion that the customer service there is awful. If I had it to do over again I would buy the same tractor somewhere else. This is the first time I have ever been so upset that I have left a bad review. I know customer service has gotten bad most everywhere but I have just never been talked to and treated unfairly like I was there. I don't want anything from them but maybe this will help the service manager to do better and maybe help another customer. Thanks

I bought a $100K RV from them to get treated like garbage within 6 months of purchasing said RV. The entire staff is incompetent as well and shouldn't be trusted in anything they say. I wish I had gone with my instinct and walked away. Even the financial institution they used for our loan is having a hard time getting them to help them with my RV. I'm quite certain the other reviews are fake to try and dilute the algorithm.

The couple that we were with offered to give us their sauce , but I said "not problem, I will go down and get my blue cheese". When I went to the pick up window, there was a couple of people in line. I waited until my turn and asked the lady if I could get my blue cheese because I thought that they forgot to put in in our container. She "rolled her eye", and said ok. So I walked away and thought that I should go ahead and get the second sauce. I walked back to her and asked her for it. She said "that will be 50 cents". I said that I had already paid for it when I placed my order. I pointed to the lady that had taken our order. She said ", it's fine. I said, well, it obviously is not. She went and got the blue cheese and gave it to me. I noticed that she was joking about me with the next customer. I am not a "diva", and don't expect special treatment at a restaurant. All I expect is that someone takes my word over a 50 cent blue cheese. "Really?" We enjoyed your food, lake and otherwise hospitality. It is sad that someone 1/3 my age would say this to me. The rates here are a little more expensive than at Highland Marina but you get what you pay for. The drive is also a little further, I think it's the first exit for AL if you are driving from Atlanta on 85 South. View the pics of the cabin. We only spent 4 hours in the cabin. But it was much nicer to me than Highland. More modern and spacious as well. I didn't like that I couldn't wake off the deck to the back yard. But the bigger cabins allow you to do so. The good thing was that every cabin allows you direct access to the lake. And yes, you can see the deer playing around first thing in the morning. Please note that the office closes early like 4 (call to ask) in the afternoon. The office is also a store, they have a few snacks, NO COFFEE bring your own if you need it in the morning. They do provide a coffee pot in the cabins. The store has bait, fishing essentials and the usual items (tooth paste, soap, foil) that is typically found in mom and pop type stores on the lake. There are upwards of 20 cabins ranging from 1 - 3 bedrooms. I loved #20. 3 bedrooms a deck that allowed you to walk from the kitchen to the lake. But I should warn you #20 is on the side of the beach area and the playground. So kids will be there all day playing and adults will be there on the beach area doing what grown ups do. Maybe #19 would be a better pick if you want peace and quiet. The first 5 cabins are adjacent to the Marinas office. No worries there because there's a big Lake separating the two. If I planned on having some friends join us, I would rent the first 5 cabins or get #20 and ask 2 other couples to come out. WHY? Because the cabins are not spaced far apart enough to feel comfortable having a party. Now I he gone to cabins that had only a 100 feet between the two, so this is NOT a complaint. But as a good neighbor, I think my family and friends could be a little too loud for the cabin next door. So I would try to at least get 1-3 or 3-5. But for a group of party people get #20. Trust me on this. And thank me later! Not only can you rent the cabins, but you can also rent a boat for about 8 hours or maybe even half a day. Please call and verify all of this. And keep in mind that you have to gas that B back up. So have you at least $50 to gas up your rental upon return. And you also can leave your boat here and pay for storing it here. We only caught 4 fish this time, but I still enjoyed night fishing and cruising on the beautiful waters of West Point Lake.

This was plainly written on the service form. When we picked up the boat, we did not look over the form until we were closer to the boat ramp. There was no indication that the gas had been drained so we called back and were told that they had tested the gas and it was fine. We did not really care about the test--we wanted the gas drained. This was the one specific thing we requested and the request was ignored. They said it saved us money--not the point. Not happy ---dissatisfied customer.

You can look at boats that cost more than an average house, or rent a pontoon boat (that's what we did for a day). Also available for rent are towables, such as wakeboard thingies, which we also rented. I'll take a picture of the brochure with the rates. Very nice people, very helpful people. Did I mention clean? You could white-glove test the floor in this place and not find a solitary dust mote. The bathrooms (or the men's, at least...didn't hazard the ladies' room) are also spotless. Be aware that if you reserve a boat in advance and the weather is adverse on your rental day, you won't be taking the boat out onto the water. I defer to the staff on this, because they know better than occasional visitors how conditions are and can change on the lake.
