They are continually sending deals in the mail for oil changes and other services. Lots of great refreshments and snacks in the waiting area. After any service, they always wash your car which is a nice touch. My car was going to be out for the day. They gave me a brand new loaner car. When I say brand new, it had 73 miles on it. Competitive pricing on new and used cars. I got a used car here cheaper than Volkswagen, Ford or any of the local competitors could offer.

The dealership did try to fix the problem, but it came back almost immediately and now they are ghosting me. There's also a bolt rolling around in one of the doors, that the service department said they fixed, but they didn't. This has been a really bad experience with both Mazda the company, the quality of this car, and this dealership, cannot recommend.
