Worst experience. They take forever with your vehicle and they over promise under deliver. Try a different location. Too many things to describe that went wrong. Kept my car for over two weeks when it was suppose to be only a few days, they don't call back when they say they will, unresponsive, tried to give me back my car completely dirty. Failed On multiple levels of customer service. I will never be back here again. Go elsewhere for your Tesla. Naomi did her best to fix my issues and did follow through but it was a headache to deal with everything. Currently missing the bumper capping where they had to plug in to charge it and still no one has called me back.

My service appointment yesterday was efficient, quick and exactly what I expected from Tesla. Elon was not involved.

This place had good reviews, so first I called to see what the wait was like, then drove over. The person I spoke to on the phone was pleasant. When I arrived, they asked me to scan a QR code to check in, that was neat. Although I went in for just an emissions inspection, the person who checked me in saw that my state inspection was due soon and suggested getting that done as well which I agreed to. Then I sat in the waiting area in the back and worked a bit. I wish I'd taken a picture of the waiting area before others arrived because it was so cute! It was decorated with a beach theme and there were small couches and arm chairs and games to play. I think the emissions and safety inspection took about an hour or a little more. When they finished the person who checked me out was also pleasant and chatty. He was reviewing my vehicle and what services I needed and I commented that it was much less than what my dealer recommended. He was very professional and said that the dealer might be more conservative but he believes in only getting what's necessary. I appreciated his take, and especially that he didn't feel the need to talk negatively about a competitor. I will absolutely be back to get my car serviced. It was a pleasant experience with pleasant people!

I guess it's because my car is newer and they can't make money off state and emissions inspections unless cars are older usually. I called here before I went and they only had one car ahead of mine. When I showed up to the shop, there was someone working on another vehicle but was very friendly to me and asked me to wait while he looks at my car. I was dome in 30 minutes and was on my way! While waiting at the shop, I also overheard the mechanics conversation with a customer where they needed a costly car part replaced, and he even went ahead and called the manufacturer for the customer to see if there was still a warranty on the part. He also came up with other alternatives. A customer could use to pay for the expensive part. I've never seen a mechanic go this far for a customer before and it makes me want to come back in case there's ever issues with my car.

I would not trust this service department with my vehicle again…read more I brought my car to Mercedes Benz of Arlington for prepaid maintenance with no visible windshield crack. During intake, they identified and told me about a tire issue, but disclosed no windshield damage. After service and their car wash, my vehicle was returned with a significant windshield crack. Nobody told me. I discovered it myself after getting into my car. When I immediately reported it, my service representative initially apologized. After speaking with management, I was told they would not accept responsibility. They then relied on an alleged preexisting chip visible in their intake video. My question remains simple: if the chip was visible enough to use afterward to deny responsibility, why wasn't it identified and disclosed during intake, just like the tire issue was? I tried repeatedly to resolve this privately and escalated the issue in writing to multiple managers. My communications ultimately went unanswered. The windshield is bad enough. What completely destroyed my confidence in this dealership was how the situation was handled afterward.

I was having car trouble and gave them a ring to see if it was in their scope. They were friendly on the phone and said they are happy to look at it. They operate on a first come, first serve model and we're already filled up for the day (Saturday), they mentioned Monday mornings is their busiest time, but I could drop it off the night before. I took it in on Tuesday and they mentioned it might be Wednesday before I'd get it back, no issue for me. However, they called me by end of the day that my car was ready to go and the repair was just around $50. They're conveniently located to a bus stop that easily allows me to get to my office, which was extremely helpful. They have a small front office that has two seats if you wait - there is also a strip of stores/food/hair salon across the street from them and noticed they are putting in a Sprouts just down the hill from them that can easily be walked to. Definitely will be using them in the future!

So I found one NOS. Paid $100. Turns out it did not work very well! They kept trying to fix fix fix it. My car would have been perfect with its rebuilt carb and without their stubborn attitude. So I paid the whole bill for $2,000, started her and noticed the idle was VERY slow - NOT up to specs ..... brought my car back to its garage and the next time I started her up, HUGE plumes of black smoke came from her exhaust. WHY? because the carb was OVER-rich and obviously what they did to remedy that problem was piecemeal, UNPROFESSIONAL, and no good. FOR G.S.!!-- admit that there is a problem and allow for the installation of the Rebuilt!! ***It's NOT like they were creating a new car!!! *** I removed the carb, installed my perfectly-working rebuilt and NEVER had that problem again! The car ran perectly FINE for the next 8 years-- after which I sold it to a very happy buyer. As for the defective carburetor, i removed what actully was able to function (not much) as I could not return it to the seller- too much time had passed. I did not have time to take a sledge hammerto it so I just TRASHED it. I have never recommended Cherrydale to anyone. One stupid slip and you ruined the whole project.

This is the best Hyundai location to get your car serviced!…read more I just happened to have car trouble and my car was towed here. Even before my car got there, they checked in with me, assured me they'd take good care of my car, and they'd call to let me know what needed to be fixed. They called me a couple hours later just to give an update that they were booked but would get to my car as soon as possible. They were completely honest from the beginning that it might be a couple of days. The very next day they called to tell me they'd figured out what was wrong, let me know it was covered, and they offered me a loaner since they'd need to order a part and it would be a few days before my car was fixed. Getting the loaner was a very easy process too. Just a couple of days later they called to give another update- it wasn't fixed but they just wanted to check in. They didn't need to do that but they did and I thought it was extremely thoughtful. I actually added my regular service since they had my car and they were very upfront about what was included and how much it would cost. When my car was ready, they called again, explained everything they did, and let me know when to pick it up. When I went to pick it up and drop off the loaner it took just a matter of minutes. Everything was the price they promised and my car was ready to go. I found it nice that they even washed it very well and cleaned it. I think the car was even more clean than when they got it! I had a very bad experience at another Hyundai service location so I really wasn't sure what to expect at this location. I was pleasantly surprised from start to finish and now I won't go anywhere else!

I always feel there are sketchy things happening at the dealer and I am not fully convinced that they didn't use some of their techniques to hide some tricks but I feel Jeff was honest , polite , and made the process go by smoothly. The fianance manager did not push me and actually got me a better deal than the pre-financing I already had . They definitely overpriced the car and didn't want to budge on the price much which was disappointing since it is an old car. One of the sales managers, Taha, was very stubborn on the price. Got it diagnosed for a brake issue today which costs $500, but I won't put all the blame on the dealership since I should have gotten a pre purchase inspection. A tire pressure sensor came on as well a few days after I bought the car which again not great but not the worst thing. They also agreed to fix a crack and have been very stubborn and hard to deal with about that considering I don't live in VA. Overall the experience hasn't been the best. I will see how fixing the crack issue goes since I will be going back for the 2nd time so the body shop can try to fix the crack AGAIN. Overall if you want to buy a car here, I say 1. Bring a mechanic with you or purchase a pre purchase inspection 2. Consider difficulties with being an out of state purchaser if you are in that scenario 3. Be willing to walk away if they don't want to come down on the price to a reasonable amount. -These are used cars ! Not new. At this point I wouldn't recommend them and I wouldn't purchase another car from them. (I will update review once I've had the car a little longer.)
