I got my tesla fixed here. They were good with communication, but the day off, they didnt have the rental car I told them I needed. I had to wait 2 weeks and went back. After a week of the car in there, I called to see the status and they told me, it was ready on day 3. IT was now 7. Bummer, I have to pay now for the rental out of pocket for 4 more days. During the repair, I had a RFID tag in the front truck, and somehow it was lost. I called over, they were goin to check the repair area and call back, but never did . SHADY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! I was t-boned in a parking lot by someone going very fast. He had a drivers license and got his daughters insurance card with 4 names on it but not his. I took my car to Tesla Auto Collision in Aliso Viejo. Took two weeks for them to tell me they were going to total it. They offered only $30,000. It was a Tesla X with only 23000 miles. We said no we will take it to our own body shop to be fixed. They reported it salvaged and we have not been able to get it back online now to have it fixed. Our mechanic estimate to fix was less because they said the front panel need to be replaced and there was nothing wrong with it. We had to go back to AV several times to collect parts they could not find and had mislabeled. The rental Tesla Y they provided without a plug they turned off when we said we were going to not agree to the settlement. I had to spend all day Friday trying to get a human to unlock the car so I could drive to a supercharger. I dropped it off Saturday morning. When I called them Monday and told them not to charge my Insurance for Saturday and Sunday they said the best they could do was not charge for Monday! I have been without a car for a month now and still going back and forth with the adjuster and Tesla to turn the car back on so we can get it fixed. They are saying it can take 2 months to get it off the DMV salvage list. They provided a code that was supposed to turn the car on and it did not work. My car is sitting at body shop taking up space and I am without a car. Spoke to Francine again today who did not return call for update. She said the adjuster had to do something there was nothing she could do. called adjuster and he said she had to take care of it, there was nothing she could do. BEYOND FRUSTRATED!! read more

Be careful before you bring your car to this place. They charge way higher than my Allstate insurance will pay for it which requires customer to pay out of pocket Since I do not want to pay extra 3K besides my 2K deductible for a fender bender job out of pocket, Allstate ended up towing my car to another shop nearly by which I only need to pay my deductible. 2 Weeks wasted in this place. Rental car department asked me to bring the car back by MON 7AM for my 30 days limit and ended up charging my 31 days in which I have to pay one day out of my pocket as well. Go to an Allstate Authorized repair body shop unless you want to waste your time and pay extra out of pocket. read more

My brand new car was ruined by the service tech over buffing the panel of the driver side door when I reported a scratch. This was a brand new vehicle upon delivery day. I hadn't even driven the car off the lot. So, I had to report the issue to Tesla for my car to be painted after the fiasco of what the Buena Park Tesla dealership did to the car. My car was serviced at aliso Viejo and I'm not a painter or an auto repair/collision mechanic but even I know to tape windows, floors, and anything you don't want paint to get on. Well, you would think these people would have the same common knowledge on how paint works and to tape off windows! Apparently not! I now have paint all over my windows (driver side, passenger side, sunroof, windshield and back window) as well as on the door handles, brake lights, headlights and black trim. This car is only 3 weeks old and 1.5 of those weeks it was in body shop of aliso Viejo from December 28, 2023 to January 9, 2024! I'm pretty mad and don't trust this location and don't advise you to take it here if you have an option. Also they managed to lose my car key. I'm not quite sure how you lose a car key with the person's initials on it! See attached photos. Update 02/21/2024 I had to return my car for service due to the overspray from this body shop. The car was out of my possession for almost 4 weeks! From January 26 to February 21. When they brought back the car, their way of "fixing" the overspray on the windows, trims, door handles and mirrors was to scratch it off with steel wool. I have scratch marks on the windows and mirrors now. Somehow they also managed to scratch the paint of the car and the center console in the process. They brought back my car with scratch marks on all 7 windows, side mirrors, center console and interior driver side door paint and placard. A Tesla Collision Center in my neighborhood? Heck, yeah! I am used to dropping off my car in Costa Mesa or Irvine so it's nice to have a spot to drop my car off in Aliso Viejo. While my experience was different this time around, the process was virtually seamless. I made the appointment the day of my accident in the app. It was scheduled 2 weeks out which was a bit of a pain but I also scheduled a Tesla rental car through my insurance a few days prior, due to the fact that I had all day meetings at work that week. My service advisor was David B. who was super helpful. I dropped off my car and quickly dropped off my husband before heading to the office. While David quoted me a 3.5 week wait, I got my car back in 8 days after I reached out and asked if I could possibly get the car back before Christmas. I received a notification via text a few days later, checked the app, and noticed that the car was ready for pickup. I went ahead and emailed my service advisor to confirm and he said the car was ready. They were just waiting on my insurance payment to come through. So I immediately went to pick up my car after work. There was a note that I'd be charged $200 per day for storage of the vehicle, so I didn't want to keep it there longer than necessary. Their lot is always full. Apparently, there was a hiccup with the insurance, so I paid the deductible plus a little extra that insurance didn't want to negotiate on. I'm still waiting on liability determination but I have Sentry video and a police report. The other guy hit my parked car in a parking lot and didn't stop. Luckily, they were able to take my rental so I didn't need to drop it off at Hertz. That was a huge relief because Hertz was closing at 5 pm. I settled up my paperwork with Tesla and was given my car back. I moved items from the rental to my car, erased my profile from the rental, then locked it up. I was on my way shortly after that. My car is whole again and for that I'm grateful. Now I just have to settle up with my insurance. read more

My only gripe was the communication from the actual human service advisor was often delayed, incorrect, or in opposition to the AI communication on the Tesla app. Top-notch value for my money, lol I paid nothing because it was Jeep's fault. read more

Honestly, I'd never use them again or recommend them. You can't really get a hold of anyone. They replaced my back bumper and it has a big gap since I've picked it up. Horrible job on the replacement and nearly impossible to get a live human, let alone one that cares. I've tried for months with no success. I just dropped my 2023 Model Y off yesterday with a quarter size dent in the rear lid panel and a 1/2" long scratch on the upper bumper. The estimate was $5000 for repairs! I'm writing this review with steam practically coming out of my ears. My brand-new model 3 had a minor scratch from falling a tree branch. First the estimate was a joke and then the wait time. They initially told me one week. One week turned into four. Finally, after four agonizing weeks, I got my car back. The paint job was subpar. The car was not even charged and just had enough charge to get me home. This Tesla Collision Center is a rip-off and a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake.
