Last night, they wrongfully towed my boyfriend's Jeep from my apartment complex even though he was…read moreparked in a designated VISITOR parking spot. The word "VISITOR" is literally painted on the pavement, and there are signs saying the entire row is for visitors. My leasing office was confused too because my apartment complex does NOT even use visitor parking passes, despite Quality Towing trying to claim that was the issue. What makes this even crazier is the photo they sent to my leasing office as "proof" literally shows the tow truck parked directly over the painted visitor markings on the ground. We honestly could not believe it. On top of that, they were extremely rude and unprofessional while handling the situation.. Thankfully, the leasing office stepped in and confirmed the tow should not have happened, so we did not have to pay the almost $300 fee to get the Jeep back.
