I have NEVER in my life dealt with a company this rude. I stood in their lobby for 15 minutes and listen to a man verbally abuse an employee cursing like a sailor. My car was handled fine, none of my things had been tampered with or anything and the lot seemed secure, but I'd rather push my busted car home than have to deal with this office again. What I find so funny is that they reply to these reviews with information about the person that left the review and the business that was done with them. Maybe when they see this review they can find all those notes about the business they have done with me they couldnt seem to find when I called a half dozen times. Maybe they are taped to my license they couldn't find. They did not do what they said they were going to do. He seemed confused, but once I explained that I was told it would be only 30 minutes and that I'd made an appointment in advance, he smoothed things over, went to talk to the mechanic dudes, came back and said it would be no longer than 45 minutes. Ended up being about 35 minutes. These people came and took our rims with the tires and even lugnuts and then demanded we pay $800 for them to bring them back. We had half the money they demanded and they refused to work with us. Mind you we only got the tires from them nothing else. The rims were bought with our vehicle which they came and stole in order to get their merchandise back. Then they have the nerve to demand we come get our rims and lugnuts back . These people left us stranded with an infant and a toddler couldn't go get diapers or formula or medicine for the toddler who is sick. When explaining what was going on they had no empathy whatsoever. The way they operate is wrong on so many levels and to be so coldhearted and ruthless and so very unprofessional and they will be hearing from my lawyers on this matter.
