I wished that I had the time to look around because at a glance, they had some unique items. I paid, walked to the exit door, which was already locked! They had already cleared all the customers out, including my husband! I wouldn't recommend this place and honestly, you can probably find their items cheaper on Amazon. After I got home, I checked Amazon and the same product was cheaper on Amazon. Also, I took a look at my receipt and realized that they closed the store a bit early. I checked out at 16:47. I would probably have bought more items, if they had given me those 10 extra minutes to shop! Well, they saved me from wasting my money at their store.

Her steady guidance made all the difference as we worked through our bathroom remodel and some kitchen remodel projects. First and foremost, Athena is honest -- both in her opinions and in how she runs her business. That meant a lot to us throughout the remodel. Athena has a wonderful eye for design. She listened carefully to our ideas and then put together thoughtful layouts of materials and finishes so we could see how everything would come together in the space. Athena also handled countless details along the way. We knew we needed her help, but we didn't realize just how much until the project was underway. She measured, ordered materials, helped us select floor and shower tile, lighting, and vanity hardware, and worked through quartz options that complemented the overall design. She also coordinated the fabricator for measurements which helped keep everything moving forward. That said, I'm sure Athena works with clients in whatever capacity they need -- we simply chose to rely on her heavily. Athena is also an excellent communicator -- something I particularly value in any relationship. The first person I met with was Greg VanDamm who came to do our bid. Before even speaking to him I knew I would like him. He has such a warm, sincere and kind presence and I just automatically felt like he had my best interest at heart. He truly listened to me and understood my vision. At first, when they wanted to charge me for an estimate I didn't know how I felt about that, but let me now say it's the best decision I have ever made. What you are paying for is an estimate that is true and doesn't leave any hidden cost. And, if you end up hiring them that cost you paid for the estimate goes towards your work, so you're really not even paying for the estimate. I did not pay one dollar over what they quoted me and that was what made the whole experience so stress free -- no hidden costs --- I knew exactly what i had agreed to. They do, however, let you know of things that may come up and cost more...I just didn't have anything come up that caused a problem. But, they are so good they let you know everything ahead of time. Now, I have to talk about the companys' team. Every person I came in contact with or had to talk to was the most professional and kind person I have ever met. When I called the office Sandy was always so helpful and patient. JT, who finished doing our bid spent hours extra making sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Rajilio, Chalino, Josh and Shawn were always so amazing when they came to our house to work. It's the little things sometimes, and never did I have to ask them to take their shoes off or put booties on...they were always thinking about me and did what would make me happy without even having to ask. As for the final product --all work beat my expectations and was so beautiful I can't wait to show my friends when they come over. If you are looking for quality, kindness and excellent workmanship with no stress I would never work with anyone other than Dwell Well. We contacted Tile, Perfected about replacing the tile on our front porch. (A previous owner had…read moreinstalled slate and it was cracking and splintering in several areas.). Tony responded to my call the same day and came out to take a look at the job. He recommended that we consider a porcelain tile which would stand up better to the freeze and thaw cycles (vs slate). He also suggested that we consider finishing off the front-facing (vertical edge) of the porch with a metal trim piece and tile extending to the ground. This was something that no one else had recommended. Tony, and his assistant Alex, did a meticulous job of removing the old slate, grinding down the old adhesive until the surface was completely flat. They also sealed some cracks that had appeared under the old slate. They were very meticulous about laying the new tile. The tile installation came out better than we imagined, and we are extremely pleased with the results. The communication throughout the project was very good and Tony was very pleasant to work with. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the communication, quality of work, attention to detail, and the cleanup . If you are looking for a high-quality tile installation, be sure to check them out !
