Did not get opportunity to take a picture of the cheesecake but it had such rich flavor and had the right consistency. I also decided to try the cupcake and that buttercream icing was to die for. I got a pumpkin bread for my mom and she is truly very picky since she is a baker herself....she said it was a 10! Highly recommend this place. I would love to try their pies and breakfast options next time I'm on that side of town. Total hidden gem!

They have a big selection of pies and cakes to be cooked on demand, not too many availble premade and the ones on display looked to have been there a few days already. I do like that they have a number of fruit pies available in 2 hours and the cakes have a fairly quick turnaround. I ended up selecting a quiche and essentially two types of cinnamon rolls, which one was the traditional and the other had an apple filling they called a "rose" or "flower" cant recall. Quiche was delicious and so was the traditional cinnamon roll, I would pass on the apple filled one in the future, had this strong bitter flavor that was off putting, possibly too much lemon. As of now its average, I'll hold off a final verdict until i try a pie and a cake.

I called a few days before to ask and the lady was nice enough to let me know when to get on the wait list for the best possible outcome of being seated when we got there. We got there about 30 minutes before we were seated so it wasn't too bad. Remember it was a holiday and brunch is popular for mother's day. The inside is so cute and the bakery food looked so good. The hostess and server we got were so nice. I got the Brisket Benny with a side of fruit. The brisket was sooo tender and flavorful. The biscuit it was on was yummy too. My mom got the Italian Omelet with a side of cheese grits. She didn't like that the spinach still had the stems but other than that it was very good and the cheese grits were seasoned nicely. We brought them home and my 10 month old LOVED them. My sister had the bacon egg and cheese croissant with a side of potatoes and we all shared the waffle. My sister doesn't drink but she got a sprite with pineapple juice and she loved it. My mom got the bloody marry. She loved it. I'm not a fan of tomato juice BUT I'd definitely get one next time I go. I got an iced latte and added caramel sauce and it was perfect. It was definitely a good experience and I am looking forward to going again but on a non holiday this time.

I went to the Bridal Expo and thought I found a cake…read more I really wanted to love this experience because the cake itself was genuinely good--flavorful, well-made, and clearly crafted with skill. Unfortunately, everything surrounding the service left a very bad impression. I was charged for a consultation, which I agreed to in good faith, expecting professionalism and follow-up. However, I had to repeatedly reach out, and even then, responses were inconsistent or nonexistent. Being charged upfront without receiving the expected level of service feels misleading and unprofessional. On top of that, there were interactions that gave off uncomfortable and concerning vibes. It's difficult to ignore behavior that comes across as dismissive or biased, and it significantly impacted my overall experience. Everyone deserves to feel respected and valued as a customer. It's disappointing because the product itself shows real talent, but customer service and professionalism matter just as much. I hope the business takes feedback seriously and improves how they interact with clients in the future.

When I was about 6 weeks out from my wedding I contacted the owner to touch base, finalize the order and make final payment. I received a text saying she would call me later that day and I never received a call back. I called and text several times with no return calls. I finally had to get another baker to guarantee a cake for my wedding. I am out my deposit and never received a call back. Do not use this baker. She is unprofessional and discourteous.

Inside you will also find French pastries, coffees and teas, gelato, milkshakes, sandwiches and macaroons. I felt the most interesting items were the French pastries as they are cute and tasty as well. Also, they plate the pastries nicely when you dine in as an added bonus. I tried the Chocolate Royale and the Ruby. Chocolate Royale - a petit chocolate mouse slice with flat chocolate panels along the sides. It is delicate and tasty. If you're a chocolate lover, this is definitely up your alley. Ruby - visually this looks like a strawberry Hershey kiss, with red powder on the exterior and a top piece of foil to resemble foil on the wrapper of a hershey kiss. Inside, it's filled with a strawberry cream and has a chocolate base. I just wish there was more chocolate in this one. They have plenty of seating inside as well as along the sidewalk. Inside you have the more fancy tables, whereas outside, they're more weather resistant and not as upscale in appearance. The soft drinks to drink along with your sweets are in a cold case along the hotel side of the space and you just take them to the register as you order. One of the most surprising things when you come here are the relatively affordable prices as you might expect them to be more for being a coffee shop attached to a 5-star hotel with a helipad.

What's nudged this place up to 5 stars for me is they have really improved their coffee game, specifically their quality of cappuccino's. Previously it seemed more of latte, but now to me its a legit Capp. Their choice of pastries hasn't changed, which gives you a good assortment of choices and they have added an additional barista or server which also is a nice touch for service. The only niggling items, parking can be tough, so you'll have to either walk a block or be quick to find a place close by. Regardless, definitely give this place a go to come for a pastry and coffee.
