They have a drop box so I could take my car in before they were even open. They were very quick to service my car, I had previously had to leave it at firestone for a week, and had no luck. Griffin and son however was very fast and serviced my car right away. When I picked up my car, the gentleman explained exactly what was wrong with my car in close detail. He was extremely kind and even showed me pictures in my car so that I could better understand what the issue was. Called Precision to get appt. on my 2010 Acura MDX for an oil leak.I never been to this shop before…read morebut willing to give it a try since they specialize in Honda and Acura.John was very professional and friendly with me.Left the MDX with him at 9am and he called later to give me diagnosis and price.It needed 5 seals replaced which cost about $305 total with labor and tax.It was repaired next day before lunchtime.Upon picking up my vehicle, he showed me the seals and all was fixed.I would recommend them to others and will be using this shop for both of my Acuras.
