I will not be returning because my clearly stated treatment boundaries were not respected…read more Before treatment, I specifically discussed my cervical MRI findings with the chiropractor, including the significant right-sided foraminal stenosis. I also explained that I was already experiencing problems involving my right forearm and thumb. Most importantly, I clearly told him that I did not want manual manipulation. I explained that I wanted ART (Active Release Technique) or other soft-tissue techniques instead. I believed I had been very clear about what I was and was not comfortable having done. Despite that conversation, he proceeded to pull on the very thumb I had told him was bothering me and cracked/manipulated my other fingers. I again told him that I did not want that type of treatment. Following the appointment, I experienced pain in my right thumb and forearm. I cannot say what specifically caused the pain, but considering that these were areas I had discussed with him beforehand, the experience was particularly concerning to me. My issue is not whether chiropractic manipulation may be beneficial for someone else. My issue is much simpler: I clearly communicated my medical concerns and expressly stated that I did not want manual manipulation, yet I felt that boundary was disregarded. Patients should be able to make informed decisions about the treatment performed on their bodies and should be able to expect that clearly stated treatment preferences and boundaries will be respected. Based on my experience, I no longer have confidence in this provider and will not return.

Dr Johnson came to my rescue this week after knocking my spine out of whack. I called his office on Tuesday morning and he was able to see me Tuesday afternoon. He's a very kind human with years of knowledge and his office staff are exceptional. I highly recommend checking out this facility if you're in need of some pain relief.

My future ex wife's knee had gone out of place, and Dr. Johnson handled the situation with incredible care, patience, and confidence. He thoroughly explained what was happening, what he was doing during the adjustment, and what to expect afterward. You can immediately tell he knows his craft inside and out. His calm demeanor and kindness made a stressful situation feel manageable, which meant a lot to both of us. What really stood out was how genuinely helpful and compassionate he was. He wasn't just focused on fixing the issue in the moment--he also offered helpful advice, aftercare suggestions, and reassurance that showed he truly cares about his patients' long-term well-being. My wife felt immediate relief and left feeling far more confident and comfortable than when we arrived. It's rare to find a doctor who combines expertise, professionalism, and genuine human kindness the way Dr. Johnson does. I honestly cannot recommend him enough. If you're looking for a chiropractor who is skilled, trustworthy, and truly invested in helping you heal, Dr. Johnson is the person to see.

The biggest surprise was how quickly I noticed a difference. After my very first visit, I experienced relief and could already tell that my body was responding positively to the treatment. While I understand that everyone's experience is different, I was genuinely encouraged by how much better I felt after just one adjustment. After my very first appointment with John, he told me that he "unpinched" the nerve, and I literally felt 75% better immediately, and it just continued to get better from there. His process of doing adjustments is completely different than other chiropractors, there's no cracking, instead he uses a vibration tool that he invented. He was previously retired, but came back and works just a few hours a day because he really wants to help people. I really appreciate the fact that he doesn't try to get you to come back a million times, he just wants to fix you and get you feeling better. I only see him occasionally now on an as-needed basis.

After I was through with that I had ice placements under my knees and had a lovely give or take 5 minute massage with a hand massage machine that chiropractors use. The chiropractor that was taking care of me today was Eric. I felt comfortable with his adjustments, he was Professional, and was very informative. I have always had a tough time finding a good chiropractor to adjust me. It's been awhile since my last adjustment so I am Pretty tight but he was able to get everything moving.
