Located in a small shopping center right off the freeway. Plenty of parking, the office is well sanitized and all employees are professional and friendly. Upon your first visit you will need to fill out 3 forms and will need a form of identification. So make sure you are there about 15 minutes before your appointment. They also take walk ins which is very convenient if your schedule is all over the place like mine. They take Aetna insurance, and if you don't have that insurance they take out of pocket payments. The value of each visit is great for the quality of care and service you receive. I was evaluated and had my blood pressure taken, then got 10s unit placed on my back with a heating pad. They set a timer so if it gets busy they don't forget about you. After I was through with that I had ice placements under my knees and had a lovely give or take 5 minute massage with a hand massage machine that chiropractors use. The chiropractor that was taking care of me today was Eric. I felt comfortable with his adjustments, he was Professional, and was very informative. I have always had a tough time finding a good chiropractor to adjust me. It's been awhile since my last adjustment so I am Pretty tight but he was able to get everything moving. I felt immediate relief and even some energy. I highly recommend this location, I'm sure all doctors are great here but I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Eric. read more

I've been coming to Align Medical Centennial since the week of June 25th. Align Med Centennial is pretty easy to get to. It's directly off of the 215/Durango exit or 95/Durango. It's in a small plaza located next to Dominos and Quiznos. This place is very nice. The staff are super friendly and easy to work with. When you first initially arrive as a new patient, there are forms that you have to complete. It can typically take you 15-30 minutes to complete these forms, so make sure to arrive early. There is spacious seating inside Align Med Centennial. There is one TV which typically plays kids cartoon movies. There is a lot of staff and medical rooms in this building. Also note that Align Med Centennial also has a general doctor on staff if you need to see someone outside of the Chiropractor. The first week I went, I was going 4/5 a week. The ultrasound therapy was originally used on me, but caused my shoulders, arms, neck, and lower back a little too much pain. The Chiropractor swapped me to a electro-pad treatment with cold ice. It's been working so far. I'm now down to going 3 times a week. Schedule is flexible. I'd recommend getting evening appointments as it seems less busy during those times. I hear Saturday appointments can be a little bit chaotic. There has been a few issues such as one time the ice was forgotten about, and unfortunately, I was never checked up on until the treatment was done, other than that, this place is really good for the treatment therapies. I can't comment on alignment since I haven't received that treatment here. read more

This guy will crack you up! But not with the front office staff trying to make the slang term "fetch" happen. I told him to stop trying to make fetch happen, it's not going to happen. Unfortunately he still tried. The office is always clean and staff is really polite and helpful. Dr Sabol does a great job and I'm not worried about him hurting or rushing to his next appointment. GO TO THIS OFFICE! fantastic experience every time I am there. Dr. Sabol always takes the time to listen to me and help address any concerns I have. The staff is always welcoming with a big smile. I have even had the supervisor help check me in and out and help me with carrying my car seat to the back room (huge plus when your back is in pain). They are always on time and I never wait more than a few minutes to be taken back to the room. The team always goes above and beyond and I'm so thankful I found them! Ow my God. Place is so sketchy.... I am very nervous I put any of my information on the new patient form. We got some living social deal to come in... boy do I regret it. First thing when going into the exam room the aide tells me to take off my shirt, then take off my pants and keep my shirt on and put on a gown. Then walks me out in the hall in front of the other patrons in the lobby to the room across the hall. She then proceeds to put disgusting used electro pads on my back... I work in occupational therapy and use E stim units all the time and you do not re use pads on other patients. This is similar to re using latex gloves on different patients! When I asked the aide why they did this she just said well we don't have any more! After that the chiropractor comes in and I ask him about this and he says, ow nobody replaces the pads that adhere to patients backs lol!!! He then proceeds to perform a pretty low level back alignment that I could have gotten from a sibling. Then says well you should come back a few times a week to work it out???? What you never addressed one time the two symptoms I spoke of. Which was posture and hip catching when stepping outside of my base of suoport. Came here yesterday for my first adjustment and really didn't know what to expect. The staff and doctor were very nice and I was in and out in a breeze feeling much better after having some back aches lately. The doctor did a great job at re-aligning my back, while reassuring me the entire time since I'm sure I appeared nervous...I mean you're being put in weird positions and having your back and bones cracked! She also explained what she thought had caused my aches afterwards. Cash price is $40 for an alignment, although I believe if you were in an accident or have some kind of ongoing medical issue, your insurance may cover it. I had come here before for massages and let me tell you, the masseuses here have crazy strong hands because the pressure is extremely firm and it feels like they're trying to push the pain and aches out of your body! Be sure to prepare yourself for some fireworks if your getting aligned by (hope to be Ms.) Jessica;) I actually purchased the massage/alignment bundle via Groupon. My lower back was killing me and had recently been dealing with a slight case of Tennis Elbow from the gym so I realized it would be some great therapy on my body. Massage Therapist Victoria took care great care of the knots hidden deep within my back and offered great advice on how to heal properly. I have to admit, its NOT pleasant the first time getting worked on (cringe face every other minute) but im sure feeling 100% ever since. Having the alignment done was definitely the best part. You dont know how much your body can pop until you've been in this seat. A bunch of pulling, twisting, and pouncing (yes, pouncing) occurs during the 5 minute procedure thus in the end you feel like you're ready to run a marathon or in my case, hurt my back again. :) The office is very small and compact so make sure to call first and make reservations. My back has been a mess my whole life and I have always been afraid to go to the chiropractor. I was having horrible back pain last week and a friend convinced me to go to Align and I am so glad I did. I got an x ray right away and Dr. Sabol explained how the curvature in my spine was putting pressure on my muscles and causing inflammation. My first adjustment was far less painful than I expected (pain only due to the inflammation), and I woke up in the morning the next day feeling MUCH better. I went back that day for a second adjustment (two days in a row) and I had zero pain during the adjustment, and felt only the release of having my spine and everything else put back where it is supposed to be. In all my years of back pain I've never had a turnaround time from pain to no pain as quickly as before and after going to see Dr. Sabol. The staff is super nice and helpful too, with very short wait times. I highly recommend this office for anyone with an injury or regular "unexplained" back pain. Purchased groupon for alignment to check out. Cracked my neck which was awesome turned me to each side and tried to crack back. Then he had his assistant put some kind of therapy on my back. Alarm sounded off after 10 minutes and I sat there and waited... No one checked up on me.... 20 minutes go by and someone finally realized that I was still in the room. Not really impressed except for the neck crack. I'll give one star for the adjustment, and zero stars for employees who left me in the room. A Chiropractic practice is only as good as the Doctor who is treating the patient. One bad adjustment and a customer won't go back. I've been going to this location for over five years and when Dr. Q was running the office. After Dr Q. stepped away from the practice there has been a rotation of Doctors at this location with mixed to poor results. Unfortunately, the current Doctor's performance has been underwhelming which has forced me to go to another Align office for chiropractic treatments. Admin staff are friendly and will do their best to squeeze you in without an appointment. The Chiro Assistants are consistently top notch and caring and do a very good job with prepping you for an adjustment. I had a groupon deal for a $25 massage from Align and I was really happy with my massage therapist. All my kinks were gone and I felt very comfortable. The office was busy when I had my appointment and the front desk staff seemed a bit harried....two "doctor" types were standing around chatting with each other while the poor front desk gals were doing their best to keep everyone in line (align? ha ha). Regular massages are $45/hour. Don't come here if you are wanting a "spa" experience, as this is not a spa! Come here if you want a more clinical massage experience. read more

This place is a rip off and needs to be stopped. I went there for a simple, one-time back adjustment, paid $40 for a copay and thought that was the end of the story. Three weeks later, I get a box in the mail with some medical supplies that I did not request or need. I check my insurance and find out that Align Chiropractic, along with a company called Analgesic Healthcare are billing my insurance $2,185 for this one visit and these unwanted medical supplies. We called Align, and Dr. Sabol said he took it upon himself to order this crap because I "might need" it. He never bothered to ask me or get my consent. I've read online that this medical supply company greases the palms of doctors for every patient they refer to them so this is nothing but a scam to milk people's insurance and the doctor is obviously getting some kind of kick-back for doing it. This doctor should be ashamed of himself and get himself some ethics. read more

This place is a ripoff. They charged me an unbelievable amount per visit. My insurance usually allows for 30 visits a year. I saw this chiro 7 times and I was basically maxed out. The doc just pops a few bones and wham bam you are out. It took 5 visits before they even did an XRay. I did my research and went to a Gonstead Chiropractor. Dr. Grimes. He did a thorough exam including X-rays and a full diagnostic before he started adjusting. A lazy chiropractor can cause damage and overcharge. Beware. I got a massage here by Bruce. It was by far the worst massage I received in my life! He fell asleep in the middle of it and I had to move my back and asked him to move his hands. The doctor is very good though, he did a good job aligning my back. I did not complain about the massage because I bought a coupon and felt bad to complain.
