After quite some time in pain (and not being able to connect it to an apparent injury and not getting relief), I did my research on chiropractic options in my area and chose Dr. Fife & Advanced Chiropractic Specialists. All the office staff are great. They have a great in-take process with a tablet that has a series of screens with questions and graphics that leads you through completing your medical history and pinpoint exactly what parts of the body are causing problems, the level of pain, how often, etc. Dr. Fife takes time to listen to what is going on, asks questions and, if needed, takes x-rays for a comprehensive view of the issues. He shows and explains to you exactly what is going on and why. He explains what can be done and the best approach in terms of treatment. The pathway out of pain and into better health takes time. He's very personable and is invested in positive interventions to move you toward recovery. Once you have been there a time or two, you also really see the "well-oiled machine" structure and flow of care from the time you enter the door until you depart. Despite what their website states, they no longer do walk-ins. Even though I'm an established patient, I was turned away. When I pointed out that their website indicates they still take walk ins, it was like, "Well, whatever..." I have a crazy work schedule and often don't know when I'll be working, which is why I preferred this office. I was forced to go to "The Joint" and waste a good portion of my day. read more

This place is awesome... Brian and Pete are very gentle and understanding . We ended up here due to a car accident. They are every professional and have a lot of clientele .. Which means a lot! Tasha is the receptionist and she is always happy to see you, works around your schedule and never complains if your late. And I'm notoriously late :( especially in the am appointments. The office is always clean and in the perfect temperature.. Your never freezing while on the machines.. Bathroom always smell good.. And your sure to find a treat on the front counter :-) I definitely recommend this practice! They work with you even if you don't have insurance. They work out deals... Half off first visit xrays and only 35 per visit after that.. Love them !!! read more

After my 2nd visit, I feel like my body feel totally refresh. Of course I still have a few more treatments to go. But so far, I prefer this Chiropractor. My situation, I was using our newly bought Ab Glider, where you have the option to swing your hips side to side, or do a crunching movement with out laying on your back. Unfortunately, doing it more then the recommended time frame, tend to screw up your spine, especially if your spine isn't use to swinging side to side that often. Going to Advanced Chiropractic Specialists, gave me a better understanding on how my spine works. Called them to make an appointment and was a bit surprise that they had openings right away, basically 30 minutes after I called. Got there and did some paper works, but I like the fact that filling out paperwork was minimal. They had computer tablets, for you to use and explain your situation. Mainly, its ask you questions, on what's the problem, how much it hurts, and other questions that is better to answer on computer, then to carry a clipboard and find a comfortable spot to write. They were kind of quick on getting me in, and it wasn't so busy. They sat me in a room, watch a video and shortly after they had some one check me out. Explaining my situation, they made me do some stretches to see where exactly my problem is. They also took an X-ray of my spine. Coming back with the X-ray, I got a good understanding, what I did to my spine and why my body was crooked. After deliberating the condition my spine, they got me on a table, positioned me to get my spine readjusted as well as doing some short thrust to pop my back and release some toxins. Then take me to a section where they have pads to do some electro-massage and lay down on a bed that stretch out your spine. At first, it did feel kind of odd, but after 24-48 hours after that first visit, I felt a big huge difference, then the first time i arrived. I feel really confident about this place, and the fact that they offer massages. might be something I'll consider. If your doctor just gives you muscle relaxers and still hurt, I believe going to a chiropractor might make it better. With the situation that I put my spine into, spending minimal time at the chiropractor and feeling better at least 24 hours later, is amazing. I like this place cause they were very nice and quick. I like the fact of them spending minimal time, but doing a lot in that time frame. Its better then waiting for 30 minutes to see a doctor, to look at you for 5 minutes and give you an answer that you already know, instead of a solution. I would recommend this place if you know you need a spinal adjustment. They are quick, they get you in within 5-10 minutes and it doesn't seem busy. They'll work on you for 10-20 minutes, and even though you may feel sore afterwards, you'll feel it the next day. Maybe feel it instantly, but overall, I really enjoy this place and they have my approval. read more

I have been coming here once a month for the past few months. My issues are just maintenance and not due to a specific injury. Every time you check in you are given a digital clipboard to update the complaints you are having. I have never experienced an extended wait and because of my schedule I just do walk-ins versus making an appointment. And to that end on each visit my problem area or areas are addressed and suggestions are made when needed as far as ice, heat, etc., and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. read more

1st I would like to thank all the great feedback that was left for him/good reviews because of the great reviews that was left it helped me choosing him as my Chiropractor. Long story short, I had bad knee pain for about 15 years, when I lived in California 15 years ago I went to a specialist for knee pain, they examined my knee and said its normal that some of my cartilage is thin and nothing can be done. So I gave up, moved to Vegas about 10 years ago and continued to have pain. Went to see another specialist and they took x-rays and just told me to do more exercise and keep my legs elevated etc. So at this point I was like I will just deal with the pain all these doctors all seem the same, the pain kept coming back so my wife kept pushing me to go to a different doctor and finally I found DR. Fife, he knew the pain I was having and promised to get my knee problem fixed. He checked my knee and sent me for X-rays and MRI and the MRI showed torn meniscus and arthritics. He set me up with a specialist and I finally got surgery. My knee is starting to feel a lot better as I am going through recovery now. I have been seeing Dr Fife for many years. I didn't see him for about two years because I was doing good, until I got pregnant and had sciatica. I called their office, Tasha remembered me, and got me in right away. I saw Dr Fife every week, sometimes every other week, for the last 6 months of my pregnancy. He helped get me adjusted, a fitted back brace (maternity), and they are always flexible. He also helped me on a payment plan since I was pregnant and there all the time, and he does take my insurance. If I needed to get in the same day, they would fit me in or be okay if I cancelled last minute due to something coming up. Now I have a 3 week old baby and my back was in so much pain. I called and got in the same day again and he told me that my vertebrae has shifted. He adjusted me, put me on the roller bed, and used the stimulator pads on me. He always knows how to help me and is very friendly. I actually moved to Henderson 7 months ago and I still make the drive to North Las Vegas to see him because I don't trust finding a new chiropractor. I've built my trust into him and wouldn't want to try a different chiropractor. He's worth the drive to me!I HIGHLY recommend him! read more

I was fortunate to get a same day appointment with Dr. Fife who I found on Yelp. After doing some research on some of the techniques he uses, as well as reading his positive reviews, I took a gamble and booked an appointment while vacationing in Vegas. After some heat therapy, manual adjustments and electric stimulation to areas of discomfort, I felt immediate relief! I was able to enjoy the rest of the vacation pain-free, and since then, I've had more restful sleep! I highly recommend Dr. Fife because he is very thorough, personable, professional, and just such a nice man. This was the worst place I could have gone to. My back was out and went here to get a ajustment instead I got sent for a x-ray that cost me 40 bucks and put on a table that was a massage table. I never got a ajustment and went back the next day for what I thought was a ajustment and again just put on a massage table. Then they didn't use my insurance and was billed 76 bucks. I complained about this to no avail. Stay away from this place. read more

Where do I even start, made an appointment by phone for the next day. Go in 15 minutes earlier in case any pre-appointment paperwork or questions. No one ever mentioned the 45 minutes of paperwork just to wait 20 minutes to be almost an hour and a half late for my appointment on the chiropractors end. I'm not getting paid for my time I'm paying for my time in that office. Not only that but you think they would tell us that we need the main insurance cardholders ssn, would've been great to know walking in and not panicking for 20 minutes on whether or not we can get it. The chiropractor himself was awesome and extremely helpful. It's the front desk receptionist that "helped" us that gives this business a bad face and makes the company look like they don't care about their patients. The multiple times I brought up multille different issues brought forth because of lack of information that could've been prevented just by mentioning a little information on the phone when making the appointment. Then she has the audacity to look away and act like she didn't cause any problems. Good chiropractor not the best front end help which makes it really stressful and makes this place not a priority. A good chiropractor but you can find good chiropractors In better offices. read more
