I cannot recommend this chiropractor highly enough. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and treated with kindness and professionalism. The staff was friendly, organized, and made the entire experience comfortable from start to finish. What impressed me most was the time that was taken to listen to my concerns. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated that my questions were answered thoroughly. It was clear that my care was personalized rather than treated as just another appointment. The biggest surprise was how quickly I noticed a difference. After my very first visit, I experienced relief and could already tell that my body was responding positively to the treatment. While I understand that everyone's experience is different, I was genuinely encouraged by how much better I felt after just one adjustment. I also appreciate the professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine concern shown throughout my visit. It's reassuring to find a healthcare provider who not only has the knowledge and skill to provide excellent care but also treats patients with respect and compassion. If you're looking for a chiropractor who is knowledgeable, caring, and focused on helping you feel your best, I would absolutely recommend this practice. My experience has been excellent, and I am grateful to have found a provider I can confidently trust with my care. Thank you for making such a positive difference in my health and well-being. Dudley Cameron M DC - The best Chiropractor ever!!! Fast, quick , professional. What else could you ask for - Chiropractors Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

For the last 11 years, Dr. Dudley has been my chiropractor. He provides top notch care with state of the art instruments, and he has a PEMF machine to realign the meridian points in your body from over exposure to cell phones, wi-fi energy, and muscle repair. He educates you on the type of adjustment given, and ways to alleviate pain when at home. His office is clean, and his staff are friendly and professional. I can't imagine going to another chiropractor. read more

Dr. Dudley and staff are awesome. I've been seeing him for awhile now for migraines and every time I get adjusted I feel instant relief. So much that I feel like napping. Lol My PCP recommended him to me and I'm so thankful he did! I definitely recommend this office to everyone! read more

Very good listener and does what needs to be done, so I highly recommend Dudley chiropractic for any age

I suffer from severe osteoarthritis pain in the knees and hips. I can barely walk due to stiff legs and pinched nerves that cause my toes to hurt. I'm a mess. My weekly Dr Dudley visits for the last 6 weeks have been a source of relief and hope. I barely say anything, but he FINDS the specific areas of pain. My toe pain is disappearing so that tells me the pinched nerves are...unpinched. I always leave revived. He is truly gifted in Chiropractic medicine. The nicest guy, very personable with each patient. read more

I'm loyal to a fault and skeptical of anyone new! After moving to Las Vegas and specifically looking up chiropractors who use the activator technique I found this office. To some, it might be strange that he intuits where you need to be adjusted. He senses where the blocks are and adjusts accordingly. I thought to myself, "hey this will be a good experiment because I won't tell him how I've been adjusted in the past." Dr Dudley adjusted me each location the last provider did... *and then some.* I felt like a new woman after that first session and was sold. You can tell that he is a sensing healer who wants people to feel good and comprehensive. Most businesses will charge for complex, moderate or mild level of adjustments. He just adjusts it all and gets you on your way. 10/10 recommend getting here of you want to feel amazing read more

Dr. Dudley is FABULOUS! He not only uses medicine, but you can tell he also feels where you are off balance. He can help all parts of the body, including TMJ, spine, hips, feet, shoulders, etc. I am walking today due to good chiropractic medicine, and I am very very picky. Dr. Dudley is amazing, and gets along with everyone. His office staff is great, considerate, kind, and wonderful, as well as efficient. I HIGHLY recommend this office and this doctor for high quality care, kindness. read more

So about a year ago, I fell down the stairs and landed on my tail bone! I was referred to pain management by my primary physician, I went to a spine center and they did two surgeries on my tailbone and still had pain. Nothing helped.! I did not know what to do next and then I looked up. Dudley chiropractic care. I'm usually a little skeptical about going to a chiropractor because I had never been to one but I thought what do I have to lose? I am in so much pain and on the first visit. It was amazing I was out of pain, I am a cocktail waitress so I carry a lot of heavy things. I was able to go back to work the next day. I have been seeing him weekly and what an amazing transformation. I sleep better and I feel much better. I do not see any more tailbone surgeries in my future. Thanks to Dr Dudley.!!!!!! read more

I was referred to Dudley Cameron by a coworker as I was suffering with extreme upper back pain that was actually waking me up in the middle of the night and was having a negative impact t on sleeping through the night. After a couple sessions I did a 180 and all the pain went away and I was able to sleep at night. Thank you so much for all your help getting me in a healthy place. I will definitely be back if I ever need another adjustment..I highly recommend him! read more

One of the finest doctors in the world. Very fair prices and the staff is very accomadating always. Dr Dudley truly cares about his patients and has and abundance of knowledge. I highly recommend him read more

A nephew referred me to Dr. Dudley. I was in pain from sciatica, on pain meds, using a walker, and going to physical therapy. Stopped using the walker after three visits to Dr. Dudley. I like his table-side manner. I was impressed with the tools he used in his practice. Having been to two different chiropractors in California, years ago, never saw these techniques. Would highly recommend. Thank you Dr. Dudley. read more

I've been going to chiropractors since I was 30 years old now 72 moved here from Michigan in 2002. Found Dr. Dudley. and he has fixed my back every time I go there. read more

The front staff is lacking professionalism and the front staff is not friendly. Dr. Dudly is a wonderful chiropractor. I no longer live in Las Vegas, Nevada I moved out of State. I am seeking care elsewhere read more

Never even got a chance to meet Mr. Dudley due to a scheduling mistake by the front desk staff who seemed completely incompetent and was very rude. So my review is strictly based on first impressions with his front desk staff. They called me two days ago to set up an appointment, I showed up for my first appointment today and they did not have me scheduled. For some reason I was scheduled for next Tuesday even though I specifically told them I will be out of town then. When I started asking questions about what could've possibly happened, they kept ignoring me and the interaction was anything but friendly. So I asked for all my paperwork and left. They gave a very bad first impression. I will be seeking care elsewhere. read more

Dr. Dudley is the first chiropractor I visited when moving to Las Vegas nearly 11 years ago. When I moved to the other side of the valley, I tried to find another chiropractor. After going to 50 more (no kidding) I wished I had just stuck with Dr. Dudley the entire time. read more

Dr Dudley seems to be very experienced in chiropractic care. He did some adjustments I've never had before. He's my 4th or 5th doctor here in the valley and I will be returning for another visit. read more

Great practice and great physician. I've been going here for a few months and I must say I'm very happy with not only the service, but flexibility in scheduling and Mr Dudley's abilities to get you feeling better. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Dudley for a little over a month now. I've got a pinched nerve and it's caused my right hand to go numb. Sadly my hand is still numb, but it's definitely getting better. I'm now seeing him once every two weeks and my progress is slow, but I can definitely feel the progress. More updates when I get the feeling back in my hand. read more

I had my first ever chiropractor appointment in this office today. I was trying to get assessed due to chronic lower back and neck pain. Upon entry it was extremely crowded with geriatric patients. There were walkers and canes everywhere. Just past the reception desk within view to the entire waiting area was a room with what looked like 2 adjustment treatment beds. Patients were getting adjusted in the room. I figured maybe this was a walk in clinic or something and some overflow patients were being seen up front. I get called back to a private room (whew), answer some questions, and then get walked back to the open area for my adjustment. The doctor proceeds to have me lie down and get my adjustment with the entire office and waiting area to witness it. The best comparison would be like those mall or airport massage chairs for 10 minute massages where you get treated in front of everyone. That might work for some but hell to the no for me. It was like getting a physical in front of a bunch of strangers. No privacy at all. Look at the pictures posted here in Yelp. Picture 2 shows a room just behind reception. That's where you'll be adjusted! Can't believe none of the other comments mention this. Doctor seemed nice, the adjustment felt good but no way can I see a doctor who treats patients in the waiting room. Next. read more

Unfortunately Dudley Cameron has an uneducated & untrained woman at his front desk reception who has no idea what customer service skills are. She was completely rude an unprofessional with every response she conveyed to me. It was so intolerable that i had to walkout of there instead and didn't receive the treatment that I really needed. This business has lost me as a customer and if Dudley Cameron would like to keep future customers then I would suggest replacing this person with someone who has people person skills because after all, "the customer is always right." read more

I have been going to chiropractic treatment on and off for the last 20 years for chronic on and off neck pain accompanied by arm numbness. He is absolutely the best chiropractor I have ever been to. He uses some type of instrument vs. manual manipulation. And to add to that his office staff is friendly, he's friendly and a pleasure to go to. read more

Dr. Dudley is fantastic as always, but the front staff is a bit incompetent. Being a nurse, I understand medical paperwork and will not sign a traffic accident form that does not apply to me. This will not affect my chiropractic care in any way, but when I declined to sign the form, apparently the staff thought I lost my hearing and began to speak negatively about me. I thought that was fairly caddy. I gave three stars for the overall bad experience with the front office staff, but Dr. Dudley is a wonderful chiropractor. read more

I have been coming here for my back adjustments every two weeks for the better part of six months now. Almost immediately I noticed a big difference. My first treatment was such a new experience that I actually hurt for a couple of hours after. But aside from that I noticed that I slept that night. Having suffered with frequent insomnia caused by some musculo-skeletal pain and discomfort in the weeks leading up to that, my new found sleep was very much a welcome addition to my life. Cameron Dudley is great at what he does. He helps me a great deal and I look forward to my bi-weekly adjustments. And he is kind enough to accomodate me for those occassions that my back is hurting when I am not even scheduled for an appointment. He is friendly and personable as are his front office ladies. They know me by name by now and that makes me feel welcomed there. I was skeptical of chiropractic care when I first started but I have been converted and it is very much thanks to these good folks. read more

Thank goodness I have finally found a fabulous, caring, funny (yes, that matters as well), compassionate & highly trained/skilled chiropractor in the Las Vegas area. Having had a chiropractic practice for almost 20 years in another state I am well aware of what makes a great chiropractor and Dr. Dudley is that doctor. I'm especially thrilled with the fact that he is versed in the use of the Activator Method and other related techniques. I have been seeing Dr. Dudley over the last couple of years and he is a master at his craft. Honestly, I would, and have, recommended him to several friends/family. Thank you so much, Dr. Dudley! Dr. Dudley is a great chiropractor! I found him again after many years. I saw him about 25 years ago when he worked with other chiropractors at another center. I lost touch over the years but when I found out he had his own office on Lake Mead and Tenaya in Las Vegas, I was happy to find him again. After only a few treatments, I felt so much better and my pain went from 80% to hardly any. He also relieves pain not only in the back and neck but has also helped me with my chronic shoulder pain so much. I have recommended him to others and I will always go to Dr. Dudley for my chiropractic needs. read more

Dr Dudley is amazing. He is a kind compassionate healer. I can not sing his praises enough.

I woke up yesterday with a horrible, radiating pain in my back that would not let up. I went to Dudley Chiropractic today and 30 minutes later, after a thorough evaluation and manipulation, I was a new woman! He not only fixed my lower back problem, but also adjusted my neck, hips and legs. The staff is wonderful as well! read more
