We rented from them for 4 1/2 years, 2 different properties: * they do not fix things in a timely manner, I had to call repeatedly and had to wait months before they would ever send someone to fix anything. I waited 2 months for my dishwasher to be fixed, one of the rentals was in HOA and upon arrival we had a broken window (not caused by us) and even when the window in my children's bedroom cracked all the way down, they still would not fix it. They informed us they would when we moved in, we were there for 15 months and they never fixed the broken window. They never walked through either of the 2 properties when we moved in or out, then they charged us through the roof for cleaning of the first one when we left it sparkling clean! ($800 for cleaning when we had cleaned that house top to bottom; scrubbing down walls ceiling to floor, even behind the fridge and water heaters) Then the 2nd property they evicted us from: not for being behind on rent, not for doing anything to cause damage to the house, property or neighbors...they simply decided to change our rental agreements payment schedule and gave us FIVE days to come up with the full months rent, 20 days before it was due! They took us to court and they didn't care that we had rented from them for 4 and a half years, always making our payments on time, not falling behind once! We had worked the land and cared for the property lovingly. The 2nd property had damage to it, but was our only available option at the time, so we moved in with our family and 2 very well behaved cats. When they evicted us after we loved, cared for and paid our rent always on time, they decided to charge us almost $3,000.°° for "damages" we DID NOT CAUSE! They claimed my 2 little cats dug through the laundry room door and wall, it was ripped up pretty badly from big dogs when we moved in...I even asked Nuggett about it! They claimed my 2 well behaved cats caused carpet damage throughout the entire house (anybody who owns cats knows they pee on something like your favorite chair when they have their issues) They also claimed we had damaged doors they had to replace, and walls that mysteriously got holes in them when we moved out! The 2and address we lived at was: 36577 Sallee Road in Dorena,OR. And I am willing to bet they didn't replace/repair ANY of the damages that they charged us for when we moved out...they had someone already moved in within two weeks time! And I had to clean both rentals thoroughly upon moving in, they had not even bothered to have them clean upon move in.. Now we are in a battle with them to remove the fake charges from our credit report! We are trying to buy a home and need our credit record clear, and guess who won't clear our name even after we paid all the fake fees they charged us for. I have NEVER had a landlord treat us this way and it is sickening! If you are a landlord looking to rent out your place and take advantage of renters and create false charges and fees for them and very easy evictions, then this is the place for you! If you are a tenant and don't want to get fucked up the ass...maybe don't rent from them, they are dishonest and they do not care in the slightest if you are good people who pay your monthly rent on time and don't cause any problems with neighbors! They will ruin your credit record with false claims and then not remove them...EPIC FAIL!
