As an Asian parent, who cares about not letting my kids fail from the beginning, she has done a great job. Just a few weeks after my daughter's 4th Birthday, she has finished her preschool workbook, and now she will start work on kindergarten workbook soon. SUPER sweet, and every time I pick up my daughter she doesn't even want to come home! And Ms. Miki gives me such a good report on her day and keeps me aware of issues we have discussed (not daycare related, things like how I want her to eat more but not certain things, etc.). These teachers become like family and I have not seen a SINGLE teacher leave, they have zero to low turnover. And the Director, Ms. Amy is so wonderful to work with. She always says hi and I feel so comfortable going to her with any concerns. What sold me on this particular center though, was when I enrolled my daughter my biggest concern was her transition since she had been at home with a nanny for 16 months and most daycare Directors would brush off that fear and say "oh don't worry she'll adjust." But Amy came up with a week long transition plan to have me in the classroom with her a few hours a day and extending my daughters time in the classroom without me day by day. It was such a great transition. For about one month she would cry at dropoff (and stop crying by the time I had walked out of the building) and ever since then when I drop her off I have to chase her to hug me and give me a kiss goodbye! However, the management staff and financial staff has been the opposite. Time and time again, they have erroneously over charged us, and when we point it out to them, it seems like they ignore us and don't care to reimburse our over charges. Even after over a year of pointing out overcharges, they continue to assure us it will get done, but they still have not paid. All I can say is, just be aware of financial mismanagement that can happen. I hope it's not the experience for everyone else.

The primary teachers for my daughter have been with KinderCare for 10+ years each. Most importantly, my daughter is thriving! She is constantly engaged, and no two days ever seem to be the same. It was such a relief to find such a loving and caring environment for our 12-month-old daughter. Our daughter adores Tomas and Nancy (and so do her parents). They have built a caring, loving, nurturing, and educational environment for children. The daycare is extremely clean and spacious. They speak English and Spanish to the children. I was very impressed when my daughter began to speak Spanish words at home. They have built a curriculum that focuses on each child's specific needs. All the children get along very well, and the older children are very mindful of the little ones. The children do plenty of arts and crafts and a variety of stimulating activities. Tomas and Nancy have offered valuable information and support when I asked for advice on developmental stages that my child has gone through. They are extremely patient and kind. They celebrate holidays and every child's birthday. I feel so lucky to have found My Little Tree Daycare. I really cannot think of a single complaint. Our daughter gets excited when we drop her off every single morning.
