I have never seen such shitty work in my life. I moved from the home, back with my parents where I was safe and the SEVEN different times I returned to the home I was NEVER able to get up to my home!! The driveway has been a sheet of ice EVERY TIME and I have gotten stuck and had to be towed twice!! I just received a phone call from my father who is now stuck in the driveway AGAIN with the locksmith and the tow truck is now stuck!!! They are all stranded waiting for a another tow truck!!! The response from Family Lawn Care: "We just plow...we aren't responsible for ice, sand or salt." However, they didn't mind charging my credit card every single time they "plowed and salted" my driveway. In fact, the last time this happened I spoke with the owner and he said that he would be right over with sand and salt to help. He never showed up. He also told me that he was waiting for the weather to warm up so he could get rid of the ice. On a unusually warm 45 degree day, I immediately called him and asked if he would work on the driveway that day and his response "well now the ice is too heavy because it has turned into slush." If I could give less than one star I would!!! Awful people!! DO NOT USE THEM

We absolutely love the finished product and their process was great as well. At the end of this project we immediately signed up for a phase two. If I had to identify cons I would say that their communication between signing the contract and the start of the project was minimal and that the subcontractor they selected for resurfacing my driveway was not good as they left a finished product that I'm not totally satisfied with. Overall, Bayberry is super professional and they are true artisans. I have recommended them to several friends and would recommend them to anyone doing landscaping or landscape design.

He admitted to me that they were aware of the crash, but didn't call insurance until after I reported it. All while having an awful attitude. David Warnock, is the account supervisor, he was the one who hit me, ran up on my person to yell, and argued with state police after they told him yield signs apply to him. For a company that boasts they hire the best and give them autonomy, I think they may want to rephrase to, If we mess up we will be mad at you, and if you complain we will argue with you at the highest levels of the company. If this is how they act in the open, imagine what happens behind the scenes.

We did our homework and called a couple of places to get prices and ideas and picked Rye Beach Landscaping. We made arrangements with Ben Groves to visit our home. He showed up and asked us what was it that we were looking for, clearly a GREAT listener. When my wife was done explaining what she wanted, he offered a couple of suggestions on helping to accomplish what we wanted. He gave us several options and said he would go back to his office and email us some prices. He got right back to us and explained to us all our options. He was easy to work with and very flexible with any changes. Even with some things we wanted he clearly explained ways to make the job less expensive if we wanted to save money. Never did he ever try to up sell anything. He even came back with his foreman to measure and discuss our project to be sure everything we wanted could be done. He gave us a final quote and said once we paid a deposit we would be put on the schedule. We did that and after about a month of giving the deposit the job is done. It took about 1 week to do and we just LOVE the outcome and all the people who worked on the job. Ben always kept us informed as the job was being done what we could expect. Bryce, the person from the company who was our foreman, we could not have asked for a better person. Each day he came to the house (with others) he would tell my wife what to expect and what he was doing. He never complained and never stopped working.....WOW! As our project was being done, my wife continued to work with Ben and added more landscaping to be done as things were coming together. Again, Ben worked with us to hear what we wanted and offer suggestions. On top of the stonework we did a granite light post and mailbox as well as some plants, shrubs and trees. We can not say how happy we are with the work and NEVER felt being taken advantage of. Ben was so fair and never tried to sell us something we didn't want. So refreshing.
