After I used the bathroom I decided to check out the store & get some candy. I have the Terrible's app & when I went to check out the cashier, Jeanine was super nice! She had told me that every Tuesday the app has a free item you can claim. She told me it was a Link Beef steak teriyaki stick & brought me right over to where they were. She told me she likes the teriyaki one vs the plain one so that's the one I went with. I gave it to my friend but had a bite & we both thought it was tasty & liked it. Thanks Jeanine for letting me know about the Tuesday deal cause no other Terrible's has told me about this. I could tell that they redid their bathroom because I've used it before in the past. It was pretty much clean besides some toilet paper on the floor. Jeanine had to unlock the door for me, it was a key pad lock. I highly recommend stopping in here for your snack/drink needs & any other thing that gas stations sell. A nice bathroom if you need to use that too!! lol

Confused, my husband questioned why? What's going on? Why do I have to pay so fast? She then proceeds to raise her voice very loudly and says, "I'm gonna close!" Order your sandwich. Mind you, we have been patiently waiting for a person in front of us to order his sandwich. She then comes near us and starts talking under her breath saying "I don't know what the fuck these people don't understand". I then asked her why are you talking in that manner to her customers and if she does not like her job to find another one. She then says "get the fuck out my store" I asked her for her managers name, she did not want to give it to me, she had said "my managers way worse than me she's not gonna give a fuck, I can say and do whatever the fuck I want" These are the kind of people who are put in a position that gives them a lil power to run a store then takes it to extreme levels of disrespect, and very unprofessional customer service. I felt extremely uncomfortable being around her. Also, as she was standing outside she was talking to two men who were asking her sexually explicit questions and she was mentioning how she is married, has a boyfriend and her boyfriend has a girlfriend, again being extremely loud, where all the customers walking in can hear her personal life. I want to thank the subway employee Kelly inside the store for calming the waters and noticed how uncomfortable I was. In a very professional manner, he showed very great customer service. Not only taking notice, calming the waters, making me feel comfortable and being in a "GOOD" mood. This guy deserves a raise dealing with someone in that work environment.

Unfortunately one of their two bathrooms was out of order and the only one open was busy. A lady came out & I went in. The bathroom was kinda gross & dirty but then again how many gas stations bathrooms are nice & clean?? It did its purpose for me. Of course I had to snap some photos!! LOL I did hit the counter to buy some lottery tickets then hit their lottery machine for some scratch tickets. This store has lots of stuff inside to buy and a great selection.
