Just your average Chevron station. Decent location, friendly service and yes they have slot machines. Gas is definitely cheaper here than Commifornia.

2 for $2 / I'm addicted to sweet tea right now

Milkcow - Tivoli Village

We saw this place on tik tok, I decided to give it a try…read more They are located inside of Tivoli village, super cute place and easy to find. The servers are really friendly and super helpful, I had to decided what to order. I landed on mango blast and the dirty boba. Wow they did not disappoint both are tasty. The soft serve ice cream is amazing. We have to go back to try more flavors and other items on the menu. So give this place a try and happy eating....

Milk Cow presents its soft serve as a product of uncommon quality: fresh, made daily with real…read moremilk, supported by quality ingredients, and promoted with the confidence of a shop claiming the best soft serve. Such a premise invites scrutiny beyond sweetness, novelty, or photogenic presentation. The Biscoff and Cream served during this visit did not substantiate the promise. Beneath the abundance of garnish, the dessert read as conventional vanilla soft serve dressed in artificial-looking syrup and pulverized dry topping rather than a composition grounded in ingredient integrity. The central flaw was architectural. The cup was not composed with proportion, continuity, or progression; it was stratified into incompatible layers. The upper portion arrived heavily lacquered with Biscoff syrup and fine crumble, with coating gathered across the surface and pressed along the cup walls. Initial bites were saturated with caramelized spice and sugar, leaving the soft serve almost incidental. Vanilla and cookie never developed into a calibrated contrast. The opening registered as excess, not balance. After the first third, the Biscoff presence dissipated abruptly. The middle section became largely unadorned vanilla, with minimal topping left to carry the advertised flavor forward. Once exposed, the base revealed a smooth, creamy, lightly sweet profile, but no meaningful distinction from ordinary soft serve. For a shop built around exceptional soft serve, the vanilla lacked dairy depth, flavor specificity, and textural refinement sufficient to command attention on its own. The final portion then lurched back into imbalance. A dense accumulation of graham-style crumbs had settled at the bottom, creating a dry, loose finish rather than a deliberate conclusion. The lower stratum became so overabundant and desiccated that the final bites turned chalky, awkward, and unpleasant to swallow. Texture compounded the structural failure. The crumble was ground too finely to function as a clean topping, a crisp counterpoint, or a coherent garnish. Instead of adhering to the soft serve, it shed with nearly every movement, scattering across the table and turning a simple cup of soft serve into an unnecessarily untidy and inelegant exercise. The counter display reinforced the same impression. Flavor appeared to depend largely on syrups and crushed dry toppings rather than preparations with visible freshness, specificity, or craft. The syrups carried a chromatic intensity and glossy finish more suggestive of manufactured sweetness than ingredient clarity, an uneasy fit beside the brand's emphasis on quality ingredients. At $8.12 for a single cup, the dessert invited scrutiny beyond portion size. A simple dessert can succeed through restraint, clarity, and precision; this cup offered abundance without discipline. The base lacked distinction, the vertical distribution lacked logic, and the toppings functioned more as cosmetic excess than culinary enhancement. For a shop trading on freshness, quality, and exceptional soft serve, the Biscoff and Cream did not vindicate its own premise. The dessert began in overstatement, receded into anonymity, and ended in clumsy accumulation. The issue was not Biscoff as a flavor, but disproportion as a method.

Date of visit: July 12, 2026…read more Some local friends were raving about this place and they were right about it both being excellent and being a bit out of the way. But some things are worth the drive and that's certainly the case for Du-par's and their massive, delicious pancakes. Service was a bit rough but it looked like our server had been put through the ringer so I won't try to hold that against him too much. In addition to the wonderful pancakes was the amazing cinnamon roll. We split it between the three of us but I would have wolfed it down all by myself given the chance! The pancakes were everything. And by everything I mean they were literally three meals for me. Three! And I love pancakes! If you find yourself up near the Suncoast, run--don't walk--to Du-par's Restaurant and Bakery and try the pancakes. And the cinnamon roll. And then take a cinnamon roll to go!

My rating isn't about the pancakes. Pancakes are great. This was the first time back since the…read moreremodel. We won't be returning. The remodel ruined this location. They enclosed the restaurant but didn't seem to consider the sound dampening. It is so noisy the server had to keep repeating themselves and we could barely hear each other. Three of us ordered breakfast items, The Big Kahuna Plate, the Sunrise Breakfast and the Eggs Benedict. They were all cold. Lucky for me I ordered the Traditional Open Face Tri-Tip Sandwich which was hot and really good. Of course we shared a short stack which were great. Even if the food was great the noise level was Intolerable. There are plenty of options for sound dampening. If they choose to deploy some then we would give it another try.
