I told them the drawings were accurate and any measurements they pulled from them would be completely accurate. Spent the next 2 weeks having to call and ask what the status was, only for them to say they needed more info. I basically had to hold their hand the entire time and measure everything. I even offered to leave a sample bracket which they declined.... In the end, I got an est for $400+ DOLLARS. The comparative big-box bracket were $6. I sure hope other people using these guys get what they pay for because they won't be getting any of my money. Terrible business.

I was looking for a wall backsplash for my kitchen to catch range splatter. Amazed by the lack of products available that are any good. Visited a specialty appliance store in Bellevue to see if they carried any, but they did not. They did provide a referral to try Metal Masters Northwest, which is a sheet metal shop that offers both commercial and residential metal products. Ordered a stainless steel backsplash from them and within a few days went to pick it up at their Lynnwood shop. It was a little pricey, but overall I am pleased with the quality of the product.
