Eric showed up that same day, did an initial diagnosis of the problem, and then was able to fix the leak properly, with minimal expense, just two days later. He, and his crew were very respectful of our home, taking care to protect floors and furniture from dust, and communicating each step of the way. We are very pleased with the outcome and will not hesitate to call Eric and his team for any bathroom or kitchen repair or remodel needs.

My boyfriend and I have been working on a full house renovation and we started with our kitchen…read more The entire process was super easy with these guys! We met with Chuck and when he first came out to do the original estimate, he measured everything, and talked through finish options with us and was very detailed during the process. Charles and Philip came out to spray the cabinets and they were very nice and careful while working inside the house. They were also always on time which was really appreciated. The installation process of putting the doors back on only took about a day to finish. We also had a few drawer tracks that were broken and Tim fixed those so they now open and slide very easily. Overall, we were extremely happy with how everything turned out. We will definitely be working with them again later on this year to finish our laundry room and bathrooms!

It had been 15 years so it was time for a big refresh! Tim also took the time to repair the components that had been damaged over the years so all the doors and drawers function like they are new again. You can tell they are a very hardworking and efficient team by the way the entire project was managed. Very good communication throughout the entire process and the pricing was very fair for all the work they did. Thank you for doing my project and I would recommend them to anybody in Phoenix looking for a big cabinet upgrade!

In the last 24 months I've needed to hire a building contractor twice. This last time was…read moreespecially stressful because it came after a leak with mold remediation. After hiring a contractor for that (remediation) and having a third party independent testing company test, to be sure the mold was gone, I was ready to rebuild. I interviewed 3 contractors, (one recommended by the remediation company and 2 others I found on my own). To be honest this whole process is not fun, in short, it's homeowners hell. Quentin and Urban Elements stood out above the other 2 contractors for the following reasons: Quick and professional response. He answered all my questions, when I asked about something he had missed (my wall was down to the wall studs and covered in plastic so it was hard to see), he took another look and had an answer within 24 hours. One of the contractors I did NOT hire didn't even know his ROC#, and took days just to let me know his company's license number. In addition the communication was great and Quentin was always available by text and responded quickly. When I did sign with Urban Elements the contract was clear: timeline, payment schedule and completion. They adhered to everything in writing. (Contrast that to a contractor who wanted me to agree to abide by the laws of Texas, when I live in Arizona.) Additionally Quentin assured me that every subcontractor who worked on my house would be licensed. There were several subcontractors and everyone who came, was a true pro, they showed up on time, were respectful and did a great job. I honestly hope I never have to rebuild a room again but Quentin made a truly stressful experience 100% better and I feel fortunate to have found him. Lastly his bids were competitive with the other 2 bids I received.

If you are reading my review you have found your next contractor!…read more My family and I were dealing with the stress of moving from California to Arizona and we were scrambling to find a contractor to remodel the new home in under 5 weeks. What i found during this process was price gauging from so many other contractors until i found Quentin from Urban Element. Quentin gave me confidence that he could do the job in under 5 weeks and on budget. Quentin communicated with me weekly and gave me progress reports/photos and never once asked for more money then what we had originally agreed on. The finish product far exceeded what I could imagine. Quentin and his crew takes pride in their craftsmanship. I would 100% recommend Quentin to anyone looking for a home remodel. Quentin if you are reading this, you still owe me a proposal to build out my home office ;-)

We could not be happier with the beautiful job that Crafted did on our home!…read moreWe had a very confusing, claustrophobic layout with several small rooms and a very tight, non functional kitchen with almost no storage. We have wanted to knock walls down for years to combine 4 small rooms and open the back wall to see the pool from the kitchen. From the very start of the project through completion, everyone involved was thorough and communicative. Mike was easy to reach and super flexible with constant modifications and changes on our part. I definitely could not say that I'm an "easy" client! He was patient with my own indecisiveness and willing to adapt in the moment, which I know is terribly inconvenient. Lewis is a rockstar! Such an incredibly hard worker and so attentive to detail. He had awesome suggestions along the way and was so creative to find ways to get the look and ideas that we were going for. Ryan with Design and Stone designed the most aesthetic and functional kitchen! The space we were working with was very limited and finicky. He was super accommodating to the things that I knew I wanted, even though not ideally practical, and worked around those things to give us so much functionality, optimize our space, and made it all so beautiful! Joel, our cabinet installer, was so fast but still thorough and specific. He asked my preferences on multiple details as he went to ensure I loved the final result. Steve's precision and detail with our light installation has been pointed out by everyone who's come to the house and he added several outlets to much needed locations in the kitchen as well as the front and back porch. I know there are many others I'm overlooking- Omar, "Coach", the entire plumbing team! Who took the time to teach me how things worked that they changed and moved and repaired old pipes and hose handles along the way .... Thank you Mike and your fantastic team for your hard work on our home, we're never leaving now! :) I have not yet decided on the backsplash and fireplace and will update after completion.

ZERO STARS - Mold Hazard, Forced Evacuation, $150K+ Damages…read more Crafted AZ Remodeling (Mike and Julie Abbate, ROC #199425) - Midtown Phoenix (June-Oct 2025). HEALTH HAZARD: Failed to remove Gyp-Crete underlayment after water leak (standard practice for 50+ years). Didn't replace flooring under refrigerator adjacent to leak epicenter. Guest bathroom "repair" cosmetic only - ignored actual water damage. Environmental testing: 115x normal airborne mold levels. Immediate evacuation required. Forced into 12-month alternative housing. WHAT THEY MESSED UP: Improper water remediation with resulting mold from guest bathroom leak. Insurance denied coverage for workmanship. Forced to pay for all repairs out of pocket. Flooring: 428% markup, cheap laminate without cork underlayment (creates echos). Recommended herringbone pattern for highly irregular space, looks terrible ( pattern used only for square/rectangular rooms). Master bathroom: defective tile work, installed broken shower column with absurd double rain shower configuration, large pendant rain shower on low ceiling and redundant shower controls. Requires accent wall removal/retiling with all new hardware. I redesigned entire shower myself in 15 minutes at design studio, Crafted did not even put in this much effort. Painted entire unit yellow without authorization while I was out of town, no samples provided. Charged for column plaster never performed (only "necessary" because they cut floors improperly). Double-billed for baseboard painting. Different subcontractors daily with poor supervision. Attempted to enter property without permission (after being told twice to stop work) in order to lock in substandard plumbing. Took paid materials when terminated for cause. Also left unit unlocked for a week while I was working out of town. REFUSES RECEIPTS: Attorney demand letter sent requesting receipts and documentation. 6+ weeks - zero response. Claims it is "not industry standard" to keep receipts for such projects. TOTAL DAMAGE: Mold remediation, kitchen/guest bath reconstruction, master bath corrections, repainting entire unit, 12 months alternative housing, moving expenses. Over $150,000 out of pocket to fix their work with one year of planned relocation. LEGAL ACTIONS: ROC complaint filed (inspection Feb 2026), Attorney General complaint filed, BBB complaint filed, preparing for lawsuit. Will update review once completed. Despite creating uninhabitable conditions, only response from Crafted is a demand for an additional $21,092. Other contractors confirmed 4+ units in my building were properly remediated from similar leaks. Crafted did not recognize Gyp-Crete underlayment despite removing all flooring (acts as sponge when wet). Photos/video: mold report showing 115x normal airborne spore levels, yellow paint, haphazard shower install, broken shower column. I would appreciate if Crafted responds with receipts rather than emotions. My attorney requested itemized invoices 6+ weeks ago. Still waiting.

The TV was supposed to be flush with the shelves, but he built the box flush and after the TV mount was added, it protrudes. The worst part was the installation of the electric fireplace. It was defective from the start. They sent people out from the fireplace store where they got it from. Multiple trips, but it still makes a grinding noise. The last time he came, he said the noise was "acceptable" - to him maybe. Not to me when I'm trying to read or when I have company and want to use it. It's embarrassing. The remote control had one button that wasn't working, so they gave me an "upgraded" remote model. So upgraded that you have to get up, stand in front of the fireplace and press 'on' multiple times. Ugh. The good part was that the designer came out three times to get the design right. She was great. But the team that came out to build? Nope.
