    Frizzle Sizzle (Albuca Spiralis) plant
    Rochelle M.

I love Terrain for their beautiful plants, planters, arrangements and garden decor. I'm a regular online customer and always visit when at Century City mall. This physical store is the only one I know of closest to SCV. It's connected to my favorite clothing store, Anthropologie. Although small, it's very well laid out. I spend too much time admiring all the lovely things, sometimes finding myself circling back to the same spot to discover something new. After leaving, my son's girlfriend surprised me with a fragrant soap bar and a little fizzle sizzle plant . It's so cute! I hope I can keep it alive. :) Very nice and helpful staff.

Anthropologie has an indoor plant store now? Very cute. Totally follows the Anthropology esthetic. Lots of great ideas here. It's not cheap, but it sure is beautiful and convenient and ready to display - no more potting and buying each element separately.

Terrain is a store with a menagerie of all things pertaining to terrain...plantings, soil, rocks, pebbles, incorporating plants, trees, succulents, cacti, trees and more! Located on the second level , a few door from the Disney store in the Westfield Plaza in Century City. This store has a connecting door from Anthropologie apparel store. Honestly, I like Anthropologie for the home goods more than the clothing. Terrain is an extension of all those things, for the garden and green thumb we all have. This shop was closed the last few times I've pass by it. When I saw it open, Fendi and I were so excited to peek inside and wonder through all the beautiful plants, flowers, trees and all the nice things inside. It's easy to spend time here and if you're inclined, easily spend $$$$ on irresistible botany of stuff. I love the potted menagerie of open terrariums with miniature flowers. And love the assortment big cactus in the pottery, easy to care for. Perhaps you can assemble the same arrangement yourself if you have time and the creative designer's touch. For those who don't and want something perfect like these arrangements, this shop is wonderful. The one person inside was nice and let me take my time to look in awe at all the wild and wonderful flora that's around the shop, so fun! Recommend!

    So pretty :)

Terrain is an Anthropology's brand of home and garden products, from dish towels to plants to wooden garden furniture. This location is very small with mostly plants, pottery and accessories. It's a beautiful place with lots of greenery but pricey.

Pot made in Italy. Can't wait to purchase more!

First time visiting this store and loved it! The customer service, displays, plants, pots, etc were magnificent.

Stumbled upon this cute plant shop at Westfield. Gorgeous store. Purchased some airplants and a kokedama. Would be a great spot to get someone a housewarming gift

During the Covid shutdown, I made a huge fruit and vegetable garden at my house, and she gave me so many tips and inspiration. I built planters from wood lumber. The guys in lumber would cut things to size for me. I bought bricks and cinderblocks and chain-link. So much soil and dozens of large ceramic pots. It was a pleasure to come into the store sometimes multiple times in one day. I'm still doing projects at home and I always feel welcome and get the best help at this location.

Two stars instead of one, because the manager on duty said they were going to talk to the main manager tomorrow. I was simply trying to get a couple pieces of wood cut and immediately was met with a miller who did everything from our first encounter to let me know he didn't want to help me. He refused to make any eye contact or even look at the information I had written down regarding the cuts I needed. I asked him his name, and when he answered, he even begged me to go complain to the manager, said he would even do it himself! ("what's happening!" I kept wondering." almost laughable, twilight-zonish.) He proceeded to get the order wrong, something I caught when I was prepaying for the cuts inside the store. Once I returned to him he (Jeremy) belligerently blamed me for his error, did his best to exude snarkiness, and seemed as though he was finally going to get the confrontation he seemed to want from the beginning. All very odd since I wasn't going to get into some kind of personal squabble with him. There are other details which could make this truly disturbing but I'll leave it at this and hope the managers at Anawalt Lumber, a place I've been going to for more than 30 years (without this kind of incident) respond appropriately and show it really cares about its customers. If not, I'll take my business to another Anawalt: I've found the one at Sepulveda and Pico to be pretty courteous and friendly.

We decided to clean up the area so we could host an important family event, and our search led to Gio and his team. He responded quickly, and we discussed what we were looking for in re-purposing the rear 1/3 of our property. He described his vision and methods, and provided a very reasonable quote. We decided to move forward, and we left it up to him to provide and plant what was needed to create a perfect space that was both functional for entertainment and really pleasant to just relax and enjoy. Gio and his team did not disappoint. He met (and exceeded) our expectations, and stuck to the schedule and budget. And he didn't just create planter areas and new lawn, he also installed a paver walkway to match our existing patio stones. When he was finished with the original scope, he offered to maintain the rear yard to make sure our investment (and his hard work) would continue to look as good as the day he finished. He is not a typical "mow-blow-& go" gardening service. When he and his team arrive, they look around, see whatever needs care and attention, make everything right, and leave every inch of the yard neatly trimmed and clean. Fortunately, Gio responded promptly to our initial call and provided a thorough assessment based on our home's needs and goals. Our beloved plants have been thriving under Gio & Co.'s care, so we wanted to share our feedback in case there were others like us seeking someone knowledgeable and trustworthy to provide regular TLC to their plants. It is obvious he and his team take great care and personal pride in what they do; as a result we have received numerous compliments - including from the landscaper who installed the garden! The hummingbirds, bees, and butterflies that frequent our well-tended flowers seem to give Gio's Gardening Company a 10/10 as well. Lastly, I want to note how grateful I am that he and his team took special care to help our bougainvilleas and orange tree flourish. Gio had a great idea to "train" the bougainvilleas along our rear wall and now they're like artwork by our pergola. True, they're not that rare in LA, but they were planted by my parents and hold much sentimental value. Being able to see them grow and do well has me count his services as a solid ROI alone. Gardening is an art and a science. We're so grateful to have found a dedicated pro who has been able to provide us solutions for all things plant-related here in LA!

I purchased a Caracole sofa for approximately $5,000. Because the piece was not available for me to see in person before purchasing, I ultimately found that it was not the right fit for my home once it was delivered. The sofa remains in excellent, like-new condition. When I contacted Grayson Luxury about a return, I understood that I was approximately 1-2 weeks beyond their 30-day return policy. However, given the circumstances, I hoped there might be some flexibility. I was not asking for a refund. I offered to accept store credit and explained that I would gladly use that credit to purchase another piece from Grayson. Despite these efforts, my request was denied after review by the management team. I fully understand that businesses have policies. What disappointed me was the unwillingness to consider a reasonable accommodation for a customer who wanted to continue doing business with the store. Had Grayson offered store credit, I would have happily remained a customer and purchased another piece from their showroom. Ironically, I have received more flexibility and customer-focused service from online luxury furniture retailers than I experienced in this situation with a local showroom. I remain hopeful that Grayson Luxury will reconsider and work toward a solution that reflects the level of service and long-term customer relationships that many people expect from a luxury retailer. If a reasonable resolution can be reached, I would be happy to update this review accordingly.

I know the store is small but either shop with me or go do something else till I have a question. I've even spoken with the manager, and unfortunately the tone starts at the top. Which is a shame, because the whole point of going to a Diptyque boutique is the experience and service. If that's missing, there's really no reason not to just buy elsewhere (department stores, online, or frankly the gray market). I get that this is Beverly Hills and a tourist-heavy area which isn't the easiest to work but so are many other Diptyque stores, and this is the only one where the service feels this cold and suspicious. Diptyque seems to have lost perspective that people come to the boutique for the service they won't get elsewhere.

What impressed me most was the level of service (I'd consider them the Nordstrom of all flower shops for sure!) After placing my order, their team contacted me shortly after to share photos of the greenery substitutions they needed to make and asked for my approval. I really love that level of care and attention to detail--it gave me confidence that the final arrangement would be exactly as shown, if not similar.
