I called Bark Place told them the situation. A week later it's finally delivered. Didn't receive any phone call to alert us they were coming (we requested). We were supposed to pay with a credit card, they marked us for a check (I never use checks!). When I called the main office, the man who answered the phone was grumpy about having to write a new ticket about the payment. Rather rude when it wasn't my fault. So when I finally got home that day I went into the the field to check the compost. It's not even compost! It was just raw mint waste they pulled from the field. Compost is well, composted. And it looked incredibly short too! We ordered 10 yards and it looks more like 7yds. Called the main office, left a message. Manager calls me back and basically says tough ... Order from them and you'll need to TRUST they are honest about the measurements. They have no scale nor any records to make sure you get the full paid for amount. I will never be ordering from here again.

We told them twice the color we had chosen and placed it on the counter and he was suppose to change it on his computer, and apparently this wasn't done. When the installer took out the vinyl, I told him that was the wrong color. I called the store and they would not discount their mistake and we would have to wait several more weeks for the correct color (gray) that we had chosen. We went with the (tan) color they sent as we didn't want anymore delays and we had already moved the furniture out. Also, after Tony came out to inspect the job, he told the installer the wrong information on the direction on how the vinyl was to be laid down, but luckily I caught that before it was glued down.
