We were on a limited time schedule and they were great about working within that time frame. The installers they referred us to were on time, neat, and did a great job. Three of those days I changed my work schedule for his schedule. I had to finish the caulking job myself because he said his quote didn't include some basic areas of mold. Once I bought the clear caulk, I finished the job myself in about 30 minutes. Pretty basic for a professional but he didn't seem super interested in making sure I was satisfied.
