First I'd like to say that the crew that came out weekly to mow, edge and blow was good. Our problem is with the owner of Terra, Mark Tilinski. He failed to follow up on our repeated requests for shrub trimming, Crepe Myrtle trimming and some hard scapes that we needed done. He even came out in January to see what we needed done, yet never followed up with pricing, scheduling, etc. Furthermore, some of what we needed done in our yard could have been done over the winter weekly visits where the crew was out at our home for 15 minutes picking up sticks. We would have gladly paid to get the extra work done, but we were never given any information on pricing, scheduling or anything else. I was repeatedly told by our contact, Barrett, that "Mark was working on it". When May came, we again were requesting that we wanted this work done. I will note that we actually asked for some of it to be done all the way back in the Fall of 2022. I finally received a call from the owner, Mark Tilinski. He was nasty and rude, condescending and arrogant. Talked down to me as a woman. After a frustrating 10 minutes on the phone with him, where he accused me of being impatient and heartless (one of his employees was in the hospital), we fired his company. He's a Very nasty man. Not worth doing business with him for the high prices he charges. Look elsewhere for your lawn care needs. read more
