My boyfriend called Dick's and the tech came that Saturday (I think his name was Roy?)...he checked out all the spots where we saw what might have been poop pellets and also checked out the attic beams and came to the wonderful conclusion that we could remove the damaged areas and spot treat and we should be fine! He was very meticulous and knowledgeable...friendly but not a chatty guy (which was a good thing)...and then he said it would be no charge because he didn't do anything but really he did! He gave us a huge RELIEF and now we have our go-to pest control company for life!

I told them I was disappointed and frankly quite upset that they had come on my property without my permission and did a job that I did not approve, and they said too bad, you still owe us. Needless to say birds built a nest inside, clogging the vent again. After numerous failed DIY attempts, I broke down and called Vent Pros. EXPERIENCE: I left a voicemail but didn't hear back from them, so I called again the next day during biz hours. Al, who I believe is the owner, answered. Very friendly guy. He got me set up for the same day which was great as our laundry was piling up! He and an associate arrived a bit earlier than promised, another plus. They removed the nest, cleaned the entire vent shaft and replaced the screen with one that has larger openings for the lint to exit more freely. Duration was a little over an hour. Price was $250 + tax. OVERALL: Professional job. Excellent service. Highly recommended!
