I have never had them come out to my home. So I call and ask to speak to billing give the lady the invoice # after being on hold for about 4 minutes the lady comes back and asks me if I want the warranty or not. I ask her to look again at the bill and bring to her attention the note on bill that says repair and explain that I have never called or asked them to make a repair.
