I would give them negative star. So unprofessional and irresponsible. Charged me $1800 dollars and I got 8 glue traps for mice . Don't ever pay for stupid . The inspector will tell you the whole different story and draw for you a wonderful plan but they didn't make it right. Young man ignored my clear NO SOLICITING sign and knocked on my door to sell me service I clearly didn't want. When I pointed to the sign he said "Well what's your plan to deal with all these spiders?!" (he was pointing at cobwebs on my patio btw) Again I pointed to the sign that says NO SOLICITORS...He was rude and gave me attitude and said "Fine then good luck with your spider problem!" and walked off. I felt irritated and like my wishes were blatantly ignored by this cocky jerk. I assure you I have no pest issues but if I did I will never use them because of this guy. read more

When I signed up for mosquito control, I was given a date and time. When I called to see why they hadn't come or hadn't contacted me, I was told my job had not been "assigned." The lady in the cancelation department was pleasant. read more

Incompetent people, they ruined my garage door, left paste all over doorknobs and furnishing and did not complete the job. When I asked to get out of contract and a portion of my money back MARVIN PRICE supervisor refused! Poor customer service skills, shady company what do you expect for Midland. Horrible service! They are supposed to notify us an hour in advance because our facility is secured but they cant seem to get the process down. They claim they come and treat at times that we are here, yet never see anyone, or they show up when no one is here due to the fact that they DO NOT CALL and let us know they are coming. Their employees who do show have NO IDEA what they are supposed to be doing for our company. Either way, we get charged. The branch manager in Midland will not return a call when called directly. Corporate only passes the information on back to the local office and promises you call that never comes. They have absolutely no interest in their clients or retaining their business. To top it off, they just notified us that their rates are going up, yet never refunded a penny for all the service we never received but were charged for. We are going with someone local. Horrible. Awful, Crappy Service!!! I'm out of patience dealing with this company's customer service. We had service done on Monday October 12,2015 originally scheduled for 5-7, the technician did not arrive at my home until 8pm. We were suppose to have Insect, Spider & Rodent Service; the technician literally left puddles of insecticide throughout my home & he lied about placing the sticky pad & traps for the rodent control. My neighborhood in Midland, Tx is having a horrible Rodent problem due to it being a brand new subdivision they are currently clearing land. I called Amber who was my contract salesman, she was absolutely useless; her advice was to call the 1-800# (Which I did and all I received was $50 off the total I paid but since I paid check that $50 would have to remain in their system as a credit & I was rescheduled for Monday October 18,2015). Tonight I have killed 3 Rats inside my garage with a Broom that may or may not have been prevented if Terminix had actually out the rodent control out but instead they did a half crap service and I am the one having to deal with the rodent control they so gratefully too my payment for. I called The 1-800# tonight and was told I could either have my Monday appointment or choose to wait u too middle of November for service by the most rude individual I have ever spoke to, when asked to speak with a supervisor I was told they don't work at night she's the only one who can help me to I needed to pick which service date I wanted. (I hung up so angry) I then called Amber to see if she could help me, her response was sorry call me back in the morning (hung up even more angry). I cannot explain how upset I am that no one in this company cares to help me even though I have already paid for a service that was not completed now I am given the choice to wait until they have a chance to get to me. I think not, I will be contacting BBB & if need be will take legal action to get this resolved. read more
