Rusty is very knowledgeable and during the estimate he spent a great deal of time inspecting the home and giving us our options. Rusty also took the time to explain how to get rid of the bugs and we never felt like he was trying to pressure us into any particular service. After we decided to spray her room, Rusty came out with his assistant and they took care of everything for us! They went above and beyond to take care of my daughter and I am so thankful. Our apartment complex had another man come by to inspect around the same time Affordable Pest Control came out. Not only were his prices higher but he did not fully inspect the house like Rusty. Fox pest control usually notifies their customers 24 hours prior rescheduled service date. I received no advance notice, only a text message at (4/23/26) 8:45am, stating that the service tech will be completing the service today (4/23/26). Due to not getting notified until the morning of service, I was unable to clean my yard, due to not being at home when I received the text message, nor was I able to return home before the technician arrived (12:45pm). Your technician Jacob Laureles, may have done a good job regarding service, unfortunately the tone of his report was very rude. (If Fox Pest Control looks at my prior services it will clearly show that my property is always ready. Fox Pest Control needs to do a better job with notifying customers 24 hrs in advance so your customers can get the property ready for their service.

We were still having an issue in our yard with ants but I wasn't aware they don't treat the yard. The lady I spoke to on the phone recommended a granular product (for $30) that I picked up and was able to apply myself and it seems to be working great! I think for the initial treatment, we paid around $102... we signed up to re-treat quarterly which I believe is even less. Small price to pay to keep the creepy crawlies away! Everyone I have been in contact with have been wonderful. I can't for the life of me think of the gentleman's name who sprayed... it was a unique name that started with a "Z".
