4/21/26 received text message advising that appointment would be canceled and rescheduled due to rain. Fox pest control usually notifies their customers 24 hours prior rescheduled service date. I received no advance notice, only a text message at (4/23/26) 8:45am, stating that the service tech will be completing the service today (4/23/26). Due to not getting notified until the morning of service, I was unable to clean my yard, due to not being at home when I received the text message, nor was I able to return home before the technician arrived (12:45pm). Your technician Jacob Laureles, may have done a good job regarding service, unfortunately the tone of his report was very rude. (If Fox Pest Control looks at my prior services it will clearly show that my property is always ready. Fox Pest Control needs to do a better job with notifying customers 24 hrs in advance so your customers can get the property ready for their service. read more

I have had Fox Pest control service since 2022 and find their service to be excellent! I had no problems understanding monthly payments for quarterly service and call back if there was any issues. I never see any pests at all with the exception of the big red ants did come back after a year of their first application and they are coming back this year as promised when I noticed they were back. They actually solved my mouse problem and we all know how impossible that is. If I did see signs of them, I know they will be right out to resolve the issue with their usual very professional technicians. Called the office today to schedule that service and support staff was very proficient and wonderfully pleasant. Doesn't get any better than that! read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! we have been using the company for over 5 years and never had an issue until one of their technicians stole over 1k out of my drawer. called customer service and after several calls later I got to speak to whom supposedly is in charge, just to tell me that he couldn't believe that certain tech could have done that and to look for my money because maybe i had misplaced it. Addendum to initial review: to clarify, the inside of my home was treated once. The first time they came out 7/26, second time, 8/6. All areas listed as treated were not treated. I had to call to get indoors treated and when they came out, they asked me what areas they were supposed to treat? Then I received another receipt for 10/01 and never received service. That's when i cancelled. As far as the contract, I never had access to the contract, it was sent to me through a website and page was not accessible. I made an appt for someone to call Me who explained it to me. No one ever told me my home would only be treated twice in a year. If that was the case, why would I be required to pay a monthly fee of $125 for outdoors? You are correct, services were Mia communicated from the beginning. read more

So 8 days has passed and we thought it was going great. Unlucky for us- these roaches we have been arguing and complaining about have come back to our house. Not small but HUGE. BUT because it's close to the 4th of July they are VERY BUSY! And it wouldn't be until over a week for them to get someone here. Hmmm, last time they talked to me the egg cycle is 2 weeks- imagine how much worse it gets. Needless to say Mickey is sick and they can call me to set up bombing when he gets back. Unacceptabel! Not happy and this is a joke already! Next step is boming the house or get a better company to take care of the problem. I did speak to the owner and he was very friendly and is issuing a refund. Unfortinately it's a year of stress for them and myself as I constantly call in. It didn't go as planned and time to go back to a different exterminator. The owner called and we spoke for a little more than 9 minutes about my yelp review. Jayce stated my review was unfair and not the truth. (Please review your recordings, what i posted was not false) he stated The company had lost money on my account due to many times they came out to try and fix the issue. Although his staff was friendly and went above and beyond the call of duty as per Jayce the owner, we couldn't come into an agreement. And he gave a refund. Jayce stated that he didn't want to end this argumentative call about a yelp review a bad taste in my mouth, but I was ok before until now when he wanted me change my review me and put what was stated above was what he wanted. Yes the staff is really nice - the service was not taken care of to kill the pests. Nothing was said in a bad manner or anything about Mickey. He's very nice and very educational, this has no bearing on him or your staff. He wanted to change the number of stars - i still have roaches, I take time off to accomodate your team, over and over again. You did the same. Unfortunately it didn't work out. This is BY FAR the worst company I've ever experienced dealing with in my entire life. Not only are they deceptive, they have literally began harassing me after numerous occasions of me requesting that they stop showing up at my home with NO APPOINTMENT, NO CALL OR CONFIRMATION AND NO REASON TO BE THERE. Literally more than 10 occurrences of the exact same thing, no matter how many times I've said STOP! They are worse than an ex boyfriend or girlfriend who continues to stalk someone who does not want to be bothered! So much to the point that today I finally had to file a police report! Mind you, I asked that a manager contact me back in April! No manager, at this point I'm beyond discussing anything with any one of them. They have continuously demonstrated repetitive disregard and gross unprofessionalism! I wish I could give Fox Pest Control 0 stars. If I were literally swimming in scorpions, fleas and roaches in my home, I still wouldn't use them. Their employees continuously knock at my door and ring the doorbell and are disrespectful when I ask them to leave my property. Today they were so persistent in ringing my doorbell that I assumed it was an emergency and answered and they weren't wearing masks. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! After finding many tics on our pets, and a visit to the vet for an allergic reaction, we decided it was time to have someone professional come and help us out. We have sprayed over the counter pest control products and always seemed to still find tics and spiders in our yard and home. I called them this morning, and they were here by the afternoon and had a sprayed and set up to come every two months. For a reasonable price. Don't waste your time calling these people if you have a bee problem. Even though they advertise (falsely) as being able to take care of bees, they will not. Their advertising, sales, and field people have a severe disconnect problem. Advertising says one thing, their sales and scheduling people don't appear to have a clue what their company really can do. I cannot and will not comment on their field people because they showed up on time, but did not - could not do anything about the Africanized Bee problem on my property. Even though no service was given I got a $200 bill. I called customer service and told them exactly what happened and they said too bad, even though I had no service they are still billing me $200. read more

Would not recommend. I have been just waiting to get out of my one year contract since my first service. The salesman who talked me into signing with them is far from representative of the service they provide. They spend about 5 minutes wiping down cobwebs with a duster and then spray haphazardly, ignoring requests of specific areas. I have never had the same tech twice. My Mom uses Orkin and has had the same guy for 10 years. I thought it would be nice to use a Midland company. I regret it. We will not be renewing. Good riddance. The tech was supposed to be here between 9 and 11, it's now 12:37 and still nowhere in sight. We have been stood up twice, very unprofessional. These people want you to just leave your gate open so they can come and go and they would prefer not to do the inside, that's my take on Fox. read more

I've been using this service since April of 2013. I have no complaints so far. This company is reliable and the employees are very friendly. They will work with your schedule as well as your budget if you need it. It does cost a little bit every two months or so but it's well worth the price. So far, I haven't had any major pest problems. But, if I did, I know that Fox would take care of it. One thing I like about them is that they offer a free service between routine visits if there are any pest problems that creep up between routine visits. Fox Pest Control clearly states on their website "FREE TERMITE INSPECTION & ESTIMATE" however when you contact them they say there will be an inspection fee of $200 if you don't have termites..... We have been using Fox for about a year now. They have always been great whenever we had small issues and schedule us within the same week, usually. However, I have to say I am disappointed at how they have handled our situation this time. We found ticks on our dogs and in our home/bed Thursday evening. I called first thing Friday and never got a response. My husband called and they put us on a waiting list for that day, but said they would come by first thing Saturday, if they couldn't make it Friday. They called us after hours saying the forecast was 100% chance of rain, so they wouldn't be coming at all. Not only did it not rain, but they didn't even offer to spray the inside of the house. Again, no response whenever I called and left voicemails. I understand it's a weekend, but this is an important issue to me, and as their customer, I would expect a better response. read more

I hired this company to do some pest control on my property. I have chickens so I did not want anything granular put out. I was very explicit in my directions. I was there for the majority of the treatment of my property but I had to run an errand when I came back -granular bait was put out after I explicitly said not to put it on the Property. I called up and I canceled service I was allowed to cancel service within a certain amount of time at least that's what they told me. Now it's almost a year later and I'm still getting calls and now the office told me that I have to pay a cancellation fee. I told them that this is ridiculous I told them the problem that I had I told them what I did and I had canceled it last year. I called the office I canceled it. It was confirmed and now they're trying to get 100 and something dollars for me. I would not recommend this company I would not use them. They do not listen to what you have to say and they won't let you get out of the contract even though they told you otherwise. The manager is supposed to call me. I don't know why she's going to call me because it was already supposed be canceled. They're trying to get money out of me and I canceled the service so I feel like this company is nothing but a big scam. Really I would give them a 0 stars if I was able. We signed with fox awhile ago however after their first inside spray left stains of my floor I called the salesman and they came right back out and took pictures and said they would make it right. However no one ever came to address and we have since gotten our floors fixed. I have been trying to get ahold of them and work out some way to cancel our contract because I am not letting them ruin my floors again and have gotten no response. They have continued to call from a recorded line to say they would be out to spray and they come out and spray the outside while charging us the whole amount. I've tried calling and can never get anyone to answer, so I left voicemails and got no return calls, I also have sent emails also with no response. I would not ever recommend fox because of course the guy who came out and sold us the service was very nice but we have never been able to speak to anyone since and since the issue with their chemical messing up my floors he doesn't answer either. read more
