Fox pest control usually notifies their customers 24 hours prior rescheduled service date. I received no advance notice, only a text message at (4/23/26) 8:45am, stating that the service tech will be completing the service today (4/23/26). Due to not getting notified until the morning of service, I was unable to clean my yard, due to not being at home when I received the text message, nor was I able to return home before the technician arrived (12:45pm). Your technician Jacob Laureles, may have done a good job regarding service, unfortunately the tone of his report was very rude. (If Fox Pest Control looks at my prior services it will clearly show that my property is always ready. Fox Pest Control needs to do a better job with notifying customers 24 hrs in advance so your customers can get the property ready for their service.

I never see any pests at all with the exception of the big red ants did come back after a year of their first application and they are coming back this year as promised when I noticed they were back. They actually solved my mouse problem and we all know how impossible that is. If I did see signs of them, I know they will be right out to resolve the issue with their usual very professional technicians. Called the office today to schedule that service and support staff was very proficient and wonderfully pleasant. Doesn't get any better than that!
