We called an appliance repairman who checked the electricity to the dryer and he said it was the power/electricity. I called Bosworth while he was here. They sent the electrician over and he bent the prongs on the breaker, shoved it into the breaker box to connect it and left. It started sparking when we used the dryer so we called another electrician who replaced the breaker. We were charged for two visits by Bosworth, once by appliance repairman. and again by new electrician. Bosworth is demanding to be paid. I don't think they earned that right. I would not recommend this company for reliable service.

I STAYED HOME FROM MY AUNT'S FUNERAL to meet this guy!! He's decided I need a pump condenser WITHOUT LOOKING at my unit. Yesterday morning's external temp was 54 degrees, unit was set at 67 degrees. I bumped it up one degree so it would come on and Eheat came on. This should not happen. DONE with this company and would not use them.

That company quoted me $13,200 to replace the entire system. Fast forward to my experience with Billy Black. The first time I called I spoke to Billy, just a down-to-earth guy. Billy sent his technician Jake to give me a second opinion. Both Billy and Jake are true professionals. It's clear these guys operate on honesty and integrity. Jake used an electronic device to sniff our entire system. He could not find a leak. We did end up replacing condenser fan motor and topping off the system. I went from $13,200 with the other company to a few hundred with Billy Black. From now on, Billy will be my first phone call.

However, we were still having issues that indicated otherwise. While I fought with my home warranty, our AC completely gave out and would not turn back on. I called Artic Air at 8 am on Monday 7/17/2023, and a tech was at our house at 3pm that same day and our AC was working and running beautifully (despite being 20 years old) by 5pm. This tech was very nice, worked efficiently, and fixed our AC when our house thermostat said 87 degrees inside. The tech diagnosed the issue as shortages in the wiring. He fixed those, installed my new thermostat, and went ahead and cleaned the unit for a reasonable price. I really wish I could remember his name but I 100% recommend this company!
