Charged me 22% interest for a bill that was, unknown to me, two weeks overdue. Very poor communication with the Odessa office. Worst experience I have ever had with any business. After many years of being a good customer, I was treated like I had been a horrible customer. There are better options. Quality became poor, and value plummeted. Very disappointing, and because of all the hassle over the bill, I terminated their services. They have all the money I paid for many years but have lost all the money they could have made in the future. But they have the relative small amount of outrageous interest they charged me. Not a smart business decision on their part.

Jeff coordinated with the listing agent, was very professional, and didn't even charge me. Even though it cost him gas to drive to the house he didn't charge me.
