I walked in and noticed that there was a terminal theme. It had 2 garage doors. The tables and booths were updated as this used to be Friends. They made some improvements. But the floor is in need to be replaced. I ordered the wings. They came with fries. I also ordered a burger . But they didn't have anymore as it was late. The place felt cold and uninviting as soon as I walked in. Seating was tight, though the server was friendly. Food took quite a while to arrive, and when it finally did, the waffles were cold--even though the chicken was hot. The drinks were noticeably watered down. On the positive side, the bathroom was clean, but the main dining floor looked rough and really needs attention. Overall, the space could use a serious upgrade or makeover. Horrible and a Scam!! First time going on Tuesday night at 6:30 pm.Their website states, no charge Tuesday's and $2 tacos. We sat at one of the tables by the doors. Our Server told us that tonight is $5 margs,$2 shots, and $2 tacos. My sister asked our server what flavor margs and our severer listed off flavors ( strawberry,mango, etc) and I asked server what kind of $2 tacos do you have and our server said chicken, beef, fish, etc. I ordered a mango margarita and 2 fish tacos and my sister ordered the same. Margarita came out in the smallest plastic cup and we waited over an hour for our fish tacos. The tacos were awful. They just put a tortilla in microwave and slapped some lettuce tomato and sprinkle of cheese with a measly piece of fish (Taco Bell is 1000 times better).We were so hungry when they brought out we ordered 2 more each for $2 because tacos weren't very filling ( Mistake but we were hungry). An hour later and our second round of tacos did not come out yet. I asked to pay bill because it was getting late. We ordered: 2 margs at $5 = $10 8 fish tacos at $2 = $16 1 fries with cheese =$5 Total:$31 WRONG Our total was $68!!!! I understand tax but our server added 16% gratuity that she didn't tell us about and turned screen to get more of a tip. I was a server for over 10 years and I get you get screwed sometimes so I get why they add but be honest about it. I told server that math was not right. Server was upset and stated that she does not make prices. We were charged $2 EACH for 8 tacos and then charged $24 FOR a tiny ass piece of fish they put on taco! WHAT?!! When we specifically asked SERVER which tacos are $2. My friends who came later were charged a $20 cover fee at door when their website states no cover charge from 4 pm- 12am. Do NOT GO HERE. Awful. My other friend got wings and I don't even want to get started on how tiny those were. I will be calling manager! This is ridiculous. I know nothing is perfect but this was beyond a rip off. First time here and will not go back. Menu items nothing like the website not the photos. This is not a place with an event area with couches and fancy decor as the photos on their website. Service was ok. They were out of some items. I ordered a burger and side salad. Both were good but the atmosphere was not. Very loud, hookah pipes and smoke very thick it was hard to eat dinner with the scented smoke. Maybe that could be offered on certain nights? Not a place for young children. read more

Terminal 3 Bar & Grill provided a fantastic dining experience! The staff here was extremely friendly, I also had the opportunity to speak with one of the owners and she was so sweet and kind , she even brought out extra catfish because she thought one of the orders may have been light on the fish. The restaurant has a new contemporary design and they even had a live deejay playing music. We went here on a Sunday so we were able to try their brunch menu. Their brunch menu is small and I don't have a problem with that because that usually means the options available are well executed, and all of their dishes tasted awesome! Menu items ordered were the chicken and waffles( some without sauce and some with a sweet and spicy sauce ), the fried catfish nuggets with grits and scrambled eggs, the shrimp and grits and a couple orders of their fried potatoes loaded and unloaded (plain). The waffles had a nice outside crunch with a chewy center, their chicken was crispy and super flavorful ( no hot sauce needed ). Their sweet and spicy sauced wings provided a sauce that was not too thin and not too thick, with just the right amount of heat. Their catfish was cooked perfectly and weren't over seasoned, their shrimp and grits were seasoned to perfection and their fried potatoes were very good. Terminal 3 provided a dining experience with good food, good music and good service and I will be back to try more of their menu! read more

I went to this location last night with my friend. It was very out of the way for us, so we came to have a good time. We discovered this spot from one of the advertisements about a weekly event called "Tow Down Tuesdays" where shots and tacos are $2 and margaritas $5. The advertisement says this is every Tuesday night from 4pm to 12am. When we went to get drinks at the bar last night we were charged $60 dollars for 3 drinks (double shot of tequila blanco, a redbull, and a margarita). When we asked her why the drinks were so expensive we were given weird looks and attitudes, giving the bartender grace as it looked like a busy night, we decided to not hassle her any further. Looking back at their social media pages and the false advertisement today clearly indicates that we were SCAMMED last night out of our time and money. Today, as my friend and I have been trying to get in contact with management to resolve the issue, we are getting no answer on the phone and comments about our experience are being deleted from their social media pages. We are disheartened by the false advertisement and the nasty customer service received last night. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME. My living room was more fun than this place. read more

Went this afternoon (12/31) and it was almost empty. Only 2 people working. First thing we noticed is that the menu they give you is definitely a far cry from the full menu that they list on their website page or the one listed in YELP!! The food that we had from what is offered on their in-house menu is mediocre at best. The temperature inside the restaurant was rather chilly. We left our coats on. I'm giving them a 3 rather than lower because they've only been open a short length of time and hopefully, they will improve. We'll give Terminal 3 (T3 as they like to be known/called) a few weeks to become better established and try them again. Hopefully, they will improve. read more
