From the moment we walked in, the vibe took us back to when we first started going out -- just enjoying each other and having fun. We kicked the night off with our favorite drinks, Long Island Iced Teas, and they did not disappoint. Then we ordered some wings and loaded fries, and let me tell you... they hit the spot! Perfect food for a game night. Even though my wife beat me in darts twice (I'll get her next time ), it made the night even better. Between the games, the drinks, and the laid-back atmosphere, it felt just like the first time we ever came here. As parents juggling work and the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it's not often we get a chance to step away from being mommy and daddy for a few hours. Whenever we need that little getaway without leaving town, Pink Galleon is where it's at. Always a great time!

The staff here was very friendly and helped us each make a selection of what we were drinking, and then we ended up mixing two of the flavor options for a single portion of wings. We chose red hot riplet, and buffalo and headed outdoors to find a spot outside. Turns out we were the only people here so find in a spot wasn't too hard. Atmosphere wasn't bad, plenty of space to lounge and you can tell they get pretty busy later in the night. (We were here around 7pm) The cook came out and turned the string lights on and ensured we were comfortable and shortly after came back with our wings. These were crazy good, so we got another order. Overall service was great, food was great and patio was nice. This is a good spot for the locals to unwind for sure :)

I visited on a Friday night with a group of friend for karaoke, since we were looking for a…read moresmoke-free karaoke experience. It is a bit of a dive vibe inside, with mismatched chairs and Blues Brothers decor. Karaoke happened on a stage with a dance floor in front (you could walk around with the mic if you don't want to sing on the stage). There were chairs up there too if you wanted to sit down to sing. The crowd was diverse in terms of age and race, but most people were in their forties. The backup music wasn't too loud (great for conversations with your group, less great trying to hear the music while you were singing). KJs were engaging too. The bartender was very nice and efficient. There wasn't any hard cider. It's more of a well drink kind of bar and drinks are reasonably priced. Women's bathroom was clean. There are large free parking lots nearby, although one lot was temporarily closed because of a huge baseball glove in the parking area.

I was happy to attend but in my opinion the singer and back up dancers came up short. The band was amazing and I could have crooned to them all night. I chose the platinum package which consisted of up close seating and snacks and 2 drinks per person. The drink selection was VERY limited. I decided on vodka and cranberry and a moscato, hubby got budlight , and we still had to come out cash for an upgraded brand . Food was being ordered from Panera or Drunken fish. Not interested and a light appetizer available in the hallway. Not interested as well. Venue was very packed . We were seated like sardines and very uncomfortable if you needed to get up for any reason. Staff was nice , and artwork was beautiful. I'll give the evening a 5/10.

Once we got there, we waited in the line for security. There were two staff members with metal detectors which is super appreciated, always love feeling secure in a big crowd. When you initially walk in, there's a huge sitting room with a bar before the actual venue. Tons of seating and it's a good place to chill before an event starts, or during if you need a break. We got a drink and headed in. It's spacious with a decent amount of standing room in front of the stage. There are several booths and vip areas for bottle service. We're not huge on massive crowds/ feeling elbow to elbow, so we stood in the back which was totally fine for us. Good standing room where everyone can still see. Sound quality and lights are great- this is probably one of the closest Vegas vibes you can get in the Lou. Servers, bartenders, security, staff were all kind and accommodating. It was wildly clean!! It was super busy and took a bit to get a drink. We had a lot of fun and I'd for sure come back if a concert struck my interest.

The bathrooms are so nice, and they have plenty of seating to chill before the show or take a break. Drinks from the bar were about $10 each for a basic rum and coke or vodka soda. Bartenders were nice and quick. I do wish the dance floor was bigger. Unless you rent a booth inside, there's not really any place out of the way to watch. And due to the amount of people on the dance floor, expect drinks to be spilled on you and the floor to be sticky. I wouldn't wear any shoes that are too nice and wish I would've thought of that before going. Still a good experience, though!

While they were busy on their phones and holding conversations with other customers, I waited at least 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. Afterwards I asked if I could have a hookah stand delivered to my table, they said it would be $30 so me just being out with my family and friends went ahead and just paid for it. Then I was told they didn't have any "parts" remaining to set up a hookah stand for us. OK. 20 minutes later the servers are bringing a hookah stand to another table. I asked the bar tenders how is it that when I asked they were out but 20 minutes later another table had one. The bartender then proceeded to the back which I assumed she was going to ask about my situation BUT she was dancing with other customers. After waiting for another 15 minutes a man came to the bar and stated that someone must have brought more tobacco. Needles to say I left after that. I will not be returning to this establishment, if you even want to call it that. I do NOT RECOMMEND anyone going to the bar. Their customer service is not rude, but they are NOT PROFESSIONAL at all. Plus I believe this was also false advertisement.

I went here on a Saturday night…read more The ambiance and the style of people were ALL beautiful. The loud DJ music didn't make sense giving that there wasn't a party happening or a dance floor available for people to dance. Because of this, conversations were difficult to have with a whole table. It makes sense if you're on an intimate date and sitting right next to the person, so you can whisper in each other's ears. However, if you're with a full party of people at a table then you'll find yourself almost yelling across the table or even to the person right next to you just to be heard. I didn't order any food but my friends had some desserts when I arrived. The key lime pie which looked like a traditional cheesecake & the Kit Kat dessert which looked like squares of fudge with some crunchy stuff on top that resembled slivered almonds. Both desserts looked delicious. The names of the desserts just didn't align with arrived. NEITHER tasted like what they were called. I ordered Tequila and orange juice. BEFORE completing my order, I tripled check the price with the waitress who was serving us that night. She told me that the tequila was $12. I was confused because a lot of the drink menu started at $15. She then reassured me it was $12 and explained "it's because we don't charge for chasers. Just for the liquor". Okay, cool. I handed her my card, paid for the drink, and closed my tab. Later, my friend decided we all get a round of shots which I later found out her friend paid for. However, the server charged me AGAIN for my ONE drink AND for the shot which was $11. When I looked at my receipt it showed $39. This was for an $11 shot AND my ONE drink where I was actually charged $19. When I asked the server about it she kept insisting she "never" discussed price with me. (MAYBE if the music weren't so loud, hmmm) We def discussed price. I shut my conversation down with her and began complaining to someone within my party about what happened. The server then kept jumping in our conversation to defend the "we never discussed pricing" lies. We did. I was charged for my ONE drink TWICE and for the SHOT that someone else paid for. ALSO, after 9pm, this place charges a $10 entrance fee. You have to pay to go to a restaurant that's not even really giving club vibes or even offering anything special that another restaurant/bar is offering (food, drinks, music). I paid it ONLY because of my friend's birthday. Will I go here again? Probably not. I'm plant based and don't really drink alcohol much. It gives college kids vibes and date night vibes,
