Pretty solid. One of the most important things about spending our hard earned money at restaurants (fast food to gourmet five star) is consistency. Every time I go I want the same quality, experience, etc. So far so good here. I have always been satisfied with my orders. I like the mad spicy chicken and steak combo with noodles and veggies. I get the large bowl and the proportion of protein to noodles is usually right on the money. This most recent time I felt like they were a little skimpy on the steak, but ultimately, I was satisfied. Service was good this time but the guy did forget my eggroll which I had to go back up to get. Every now and then I just crave those noodles so I keep coming back. read more

Had a bite to eat there for breakfast at 10:30, and the other restaurants were closed but teriyaki madness was open and I decided to try it, the staff was very nice and helpful, I got a large chicken teriyaki bowl with fried rice and veggies. Found them driving by. We expected fast food and that is pretty accurate; reminded me of the stir fry mall food I grew up enjoying. Wish they had bourbon chicken - yum!! Choose your protein, carb, add veg - an egg roll and soda make it a meal. I tried the salmon and orange chicken with noodles and veg as a meal. Husband did spicy chicken, fried rice, veg meal. First observation is the bathroom hallway serves as storage and something spilled because my shoes stuck to the floor. Pretty yucky, I had to wash the bottoms of my shoes. Food was good. Salmon was not overly fishy, a little dry but worth it - covered in a sweet sauce. Orange chicken was delicious, noodles were perfect, veg was also standard and good - cabbage, broccoli, squash mix. Our egg rolls were cold, such a bummer. Husband enjoyed his as meal well. Said the spicy chicken was more mild but had excellent marinade. It's a little pricey for fast food - $36 out the door but I guess Salmon isn't cheap either. There was no listing for food allergies (except gluten) and I took a chance...so far I'm doing okay. Cashier did her best to try and look for resources (we found calorie counts) but did not ask the cook; considering the food type I didn't push it. Solid choice for fast food. Teriyaki Madness was pretty good and relatively quick. I think my biggest disappointment was the response and state of my pick up items. Now if it was delivery I could be more understanding since driving is involved but I came into the store and saw a bag with the items in it all toppled over. Upon receiving it I had showed them the bag to a staff member and that all the food boxes were upside down in the bag to which I got the response, "sorry, that happens sometimes...". I didn't fight it since I was short on time but I was at least offered a double bag to keep the juices from spilling... Again, this was how the food was sitting on the counter, all the food packs were upside down and juices were spilled. I don't get it. The flavor of the food was a bit sweet for my palette, but my nephews loved it so I won't knock any thing against that. read more

So I'm an RN and my sweetheart of a husband asked me last night what I wanted to eat for dinner after a long shift. He's amazing and has it ready for me when I get home because I've hit the jackpot. Anyways, long story short I chose this because I have seen it in passing so many times but I've always went with old trusty: Panda. He ordered me the large chicken teriyaki with veggies and white rice. I can't speak to the ordering process, customer service or cleanliness. I can tell you that this bowl of teriyaki made two delicious meals. As much as I tried to eat it all last night I couldn't. The veggies were crisp and tasted fresh. The chicken was deliciously cooked and the rice was great. The star of the show was the sauce. I'm hoping this didn't screw up my diet too terribly bad but it didn't seem oily or heavy. I may be wrong but I'm going to be a weekly visitor from now on. read more

What a fun and delicious visit!! My daughter and I went there after some tennis at MVP and our server Chris was polite and brought our food out quickly! My daughter and I had the chicken breast teriyaki bowl with noodles and vegetables!!! I would of taken a picture but we scarfed it down before I thought about taking a pic! It was DELICIOUS!! I highly recommend checking it out. When I was in Denver I would visit Tokyo Joes and this definitely 1-ups that spot!! I'll be back again on our next tennis visit in Holland. My wife had the chicken breast bowl, with fried rice and three vegetables (zucchini, carrots, broccoli). The chicken was dry and tough, with some pieces rock hard and inedible. The fried rice was not mixed well with the sauce, and was lumpy and white in sections. The teriyaki sauce was okay, but nothing special. I ordered the salmon bowl, with fried rice and all vegetables. It was served with noodles instead of fried rice. I went back to the counter to ask what happened to the fried rice, and the man apologized and said that the kitchen would prepare a side order of fried rice for me. It was delivered about 7 minutes later, not well mixed, with large clumps of white rice throughout. The salmon was okay, but had hard, inedible pieces. The "mixed vegetables" were almost all limpy cabbage, with virtually no broccoli, carrots, or zucchini. I didn't find any onion at all. Taste was so-so. Extra teriyaki sauce helped, but not much. Overall, not a good place to eat. We will never go back! read more

Update: Finally after 8 days, 3 phone calls, and many posts online I finally got a refund. I would never give your restaurant another chance just due to the fact of the way this was handled. You are also missing the point, it's not that I had to wait for my food, it is that I ordered ahead, and food was promised to be done at a certain time, but was never even started because it was forgotten. But mostly that there is nothing wrong with asking for a refund after your establishment made a mistake. When you can't provide me with a refund without fighting for it that's why I make it public. This is not the way to run a business. read more

Here with husband, on a business trip. Typically we do not eat "fast food", but this looked like it might be a fair option. We ordered the Pick Two Proteins (choosing Spicy Chicken and Spicy Steak) Teriyaki Bowl with the veggies, rather than noodles or rice. We also ordered Crab Rangoon and Edamame. The food was promptly delivered and was still hot. It was nothing ooh-ahhh amazing, but it was very tasty and more than enough for two. We've ordered twice from here now since they opened during the pandemic, both for curbside, and service was spot-on and impeccable! First order was their second day open and the order came out to our car right on time even after hearing many people complaining on Facebook about late orders. We were impressed! Second order was during hurricane-like conditions and again, right on time and brought out with a smile. The food is really tasty, our family of four all loves it. My son loves the spicy orange chicken, and the steak and chicken teriyaki are amazing with the sauce. Egg rolls were a hit. We had the crab Rangoon yesterday and loved those as well. The fried rice, brown rice, and noodles are all very good as well. Really we've had nothing to complain about. We'll continue to try more things from their menu! read more

I walked in to this restaurant and was greeted right away with a hello and a smile, which nowadays you don't see much of. Had a chicken teriyaki bowl with fried rice and as busy as they were I had my meal extremely quick. My meal was hot fast delicious and boy did it hit the spot. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants to have a nice hot fresh meal on the go. Customer service was even outstanding, someone even came over to see how my meal was. It seems to me they care about their food and especially their customers thank you so much teriyaki madness for a great lunch and a great experience. I've been excited to order since I heard they were opening! Today I ordered through the app, no issues! While it did take an hour for food (which I was anticipating due to opening day), it was AMAZING! And was so fresh when i got it home to eat! I didn't have very high hopes for this place, but I was still excited to try it. So far I've tried their chicken teriyaki and steak teriyaki bowls. And their potstickers are simply frozen section at Meijer potstickers lol. They're good, but it's pretty difficult for a potsticker to be bad: even if frozen. The bowls were mediocre, again frozen isle style veggies paired with a small helping of meat. The teriyaki sauce is quite good. It doesn't save the bowl from the unacceptably gummy rice. The fried rice is extremely gummy and bland. The white rice is gummy in the center of the bowl, but overcooked on the outside. Not even sure how they achieved it. Overall, $10 for a $10 experience. Wouldn't recommend it, but if you're craving a teriyaki bowl, it might satisfy your itch. read more

Extremely good! I came in with high expectations and a lot of excitement and may I just say it did not disappoint the food was very fresh and tasted amazing! The restaurant was very busy and it took a while to get food but I attribute that to the grand opening! I would urge people to be patient with the staff as they were ridiculously busy.
