They were so bad that I did not feel it was worth holding onto it to bring back to the store for a refund, just wanted to be rid of it. I can't believe I'm writing a negative review for a package pickup hub, but they actually manage to be bad at it. When there are two people working here, they're busy chatting and will make you wait for minutes until they're done chatting before talking to you. Then, sometimes, they won't look for your package and will tell you they don't have it and you need to drive to the depot in Richmond. If you badger them enough, they will look for your package and give it to you, but you really have to stay on top of them to get them to spend 30 seconds looking around their disorganized shop for your package. I can't speak to how it is as a convenience store since I don't tend to shop at convenience stores. It's hard to imagine it's very good when they dgaf about the package pickup, but maybe their passion is on the convenience store side of things and the package pickup is just a side gig to pay the bills.
