I found out that, after the fact, quite a bit of the stuff I bought wasn't very fresh. Threw away two out of four cheeses because they were pretty far gone. They were so bad that I did not feel it was worth holding onto it to bring back to the store for a refund, just wanted to be rid of it. There are caviar too. Bread is sold here on weekend or towards the end of the week. I think it is to cater to people living in Steveston. Also, the snacks boxes of the other snacks store like this were made of clear plastic because it is more economical and it is easier to handle for both employees and customers. T&T at this location does a good job at having enough of its well known items - fresh produce, meats, prepared foods, baked items, cosmetics, and beverages. I don't want to claim racism but it was very hard not to feel this way when actively ignored while trying to receive help whilst every other person who came to the store was nicely greeted and asked if they needed anything.
