He was extremely rude and clearly didn't know how to speak proper English or handle customers. After that, I called Purolator customer care, and they redirected my call to the same shop. As soon as they talked to him, he went inside and got my package in 2 minutes. It's obvious they were trying to steal people's packages. They first deny having it and then blame Purolator. I strongly believe they're doing something illegal there because they looks like under the table stuff(selling something illegal) I highly recommend not going there or giving them any business. They are dishonest and unprofessional.
