At bridal, I was given such an amazing experience shopping for my wedding dress. It took me a while to find the one, but they let me go overtime just to make sure I was happy. Will definitely post pictures post-wedding in October, but just wanted to share how amazing my wedding dress shopping experience was with Teresa @Teresa's Bridal. She had recently changed locations but her space was setup for everything with over 600 dresses to chose from & she assisted to set aside and even order exactly what I was looking for. Not only did she let me come back 3 x for fittings without charge ...all dresses are reasonably priced ...(the ones I looked at were all under $500) , but same if not better selection you'd get in a store, she had belts, vails, headpieces for you to try different styles in with each dress. She's not trying to take advantage of you finically on your special day; which it honestly feels like a lot of mainstream shops do marking up prices on dresses exorbitantly. Teresa gives part of her proceeds to wounded warrior & includes jewelry for the bride (necklace, earrings, headpiece if want/veil)& jewelry (earrings)for the whole bridal party, mother/mother-in-law/grandparents/flower girl). Honestly, if there are any bad reviews on here; I truly feel they didn't personally meet her/go to her shop as I can't imagine a bad experience there. Worse case scenario is that someone doesn't find what they're looking for but she had great selection (better than most stores & good quality dresses & is willing to custom order as well). Loved this place. I was throwing together my wedding last minute and she was able to see me the next day. I ended up getting an amazing dress that I didn't expect to adore but followed her advice and tried it. I fell in love before it was even all the way on. She worked within my budget and make me feel so special. As a more plus size bride, I didn't expect that she would have a lot of options but that was far from the case. Her expertise and advice helped me so much with my selection and with how to make my photos look amazing for my wedding. Teresa was nothing but wonderful she was so accommodating so sweet and just very professional and very knowledgeable her whole showroom was full of dresses. We picked out the most beautiful dress and she worked with the budget that I had asked her to and the dress is beyond beautiful she also included a free veil jewelry for me jewelry for my bridesmaids and my maid of honor and my mother and a headpiece for me and a headpiece for my flower girl. Teresa also had her granddaughter helping her and she's a very sweet young lady they both were so awesome and they made my days so very special I would recommend Teresa over anybody she works with anybody's budgets and all of her dresses are under $500 she's an awesome lady and she'll do anything to help she also recommended a lady for me to get my dress altered and that lady was very awesome as well I would recommend Teresa over anybody she's a wonderful person and I think her very much for making my day so special. Went with my cousin so she could look at dresses and Teresa wouldn't let us pick any dresses and also tried to sell my cousin dresses that were falling apart. While in one of the dresses Teresa picked she told my cousin she had a "mom pouch" and would need to hide it. She was rude the whole time and had a really bad attitude. She informed my cousin she wouldn't find a dress she like in "her budget", which was $1,000. None of the dresses she tried on looked like they were worth $200. I would definitely not recommend. read more

UPDATE: Well my day went from really sh*tty to being awesome! Went to a fitting for my wedding dress to find my boobs were too big...when I bought the dress I was nursing and since have stopped. Left the seamstress got in my car and had a meltdown. I've called all around for alterations and many said they weren't taking wedding dresses or were booked. I called the lady I bought my dress from Teresa's Bridal in redding and she is ordering me a different size!!! It'll be here in 10 days and will take my other dress back. I am so so so thankful that she worked with me even though I bought my dress months ago. I am so very impressed by Teresa. She is a wonderful and so very helpful on your special day. She makes you feel so welcomed into her home. We sat down and discussed my likes and dislikes in dresses and looked at some pictures. It took me 4 dresses before I found the one! I never had that feeling until I tried on one of her dresses. I fell in love!!! Then she comes out and brings me jewelry which is included in the price! She also includes a veil but I didn't want one so she started bringing me out tiaras. She has boxes of beautiful jewelry and hair pieces. I would recommend any bride to go to her. She never pressures you into anything you are not comfortable with. The prices are amazing. She is doing this job because she loves it! I came across Teresa's Bridal on Facebook and loved some of the styles she had on her page. I texted Teresa and we set up an appointment a month out. I was a little hesitant when I found out it was out of her house but I'm extremely glad I scheduled the appointment! She made me and all 5 of my ladies feel welcomed with snacks and drinks. She showed me her inventory and WOW there are allot of dresses in many sizes and different styles. We started with a dress to figure out my size and she listened to my style.
