The alterations came to $60. The dress was still falling off my shoulders and I was told the job was "a lot" to do. No additional alterations were offered without me paying more. On May 2nd, I dropped off a pair of pants to be taken in at the waist. I was told to pick them up on the 9th. I went in on the 11th. They were not ready. I returned on the 15th. They could not find the pants. After 30 minutes of searching the pants were found folded with someone else's items. I was told to return the 15th. I returned the pants were still not finished. I was finally able to get the pants on June 3. When I asked why didn't they just call, the lady stated "you don't call me so I don't call you." Thinking that she misunderstood my statement I shared that I was disappointed that my pants were not completed on time she stated, "I'm not upset when people don't pickup on time!" Ma'am you had my pants for a month! She literally did not care. And no I don't want a discount I want the service I paid for by the date and time you gave me at the time of agreement.

They agreed that the stains were not there when the shirts were dropped off and said they would make it right. A week and a half past and they called and told me my shirts were ready. Another week and a half went by and they called to tell me my shirts were ready again. I went down to pick up the shirts this time and one of them still had A very bad ink stain in the chest and the other one still had a little on the arm.
