Theresa took the time to understand her needs and get the correct measurements. Her level of skill is rare today. When they were done, I went to pick them up. She was extremely helpful, and promised to make any adjustments if they didn't fit as expected. She is a one woman shop, so you really get a personal treatment. The alterations came to $60. The dress was still falling off my shoulders and I was told the job was "a lot" to do. No additional alterations were offered without me paying more. On May 2nd, I dropped off a pair of pants to be taken in at the waist. I was told to pick them up on the 9th. I went in on the 11th. They were not ready. I returned on the 15th. They could not find the pants. After 30 minutes of searching the pants were found folded with someone else's items. I was told to return the 15th. I returned the pants were still not finished. I was finally able to get the pants on June 3. When I asked why didn't they just call, the lady stated "you don't call me so I don't call you." Thinking that she misunderstood my statement I shared that I was disappointed that my pants were not completed on time she stated, "I'm not upset when people don't pickup on time!" Ma'am you had my pants for a month! She literally did not care. And no I don't want a discount I want the service I paid for by the date and time you gave me at the time of agreement.

I saw something for Julie's and thought OK I can check it out. I don't have to leave the outfit if I don't like the place. I was pleasantly surprised. The pricing is definitely on point and reasonable. It was a formal jumpsuit. I had dry cleaned and I paid $20. This place is known for its military alterations for uniforms, it does have civilian dry cleaning though.

I went down to pick up the shirts this time and one of them still had A very bad ink stain in the chest and the other one still had a little on the arm. I was willing to except the one with a little bit on the sleeve but the one with Ink in the middle of the chest is totally ruined.
