I had a baby shower this last Sunday. To start, when I went to the rental place to give my deposit, the hours of operation stated they opened at 9am, and the owner didn't get there until 10:30am. We had called and they had said they were running late but would be there soon, so I decided to wait. FIRST RED FLAG. After I waited and gave my deposit, I requested for them to drop off the tables and chairs at 8am the day of the event. Fast forward to Sunday and it was 8:20am, I called the rental company and the owner (Tere) answers the phone and lies that they are on their way. Fast forward to 30 minutes later and I called again and someone else answers the phone stating they were running late and they would be there in 30 minutes. By the time they arrived it was an hour and 20 minutes later. Due to them being late, my set up was delayed and we were rushing with other vendors to decorate the tent. Due to their lateness I request a discount on the price, since they were late. The owner didn't answer me and when I had spoken with the two young boys that dropped off the tables/ chairs/tent. I usually don't post these long reviews but if it will save someone else from this experience, then I wanted to share mine. read more

This review is solely for my table cloth rentals. I rent chairs, tables, table cloths pretty frequently and have rented these items from all around the area. I found that they have the best prices compared to other party rental stores and a unique variety. They have more than your standard linen. The woman who assisted me was very friendly even when I was days late returning the items I tented. $5 for your standard table cloth (6 ft table) $7 for a nicer material/different print (6 ft table) read more

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. I rented cloth table covers for round tables of 8 seating and rectangle ones for 10 seating. I couldn't even use the round ones they were way too big it was for larger round tables so we had to change our set up and just use all our rectangular tables. Also we were suppose to have a 10:30am delivery they call me at 9:00 that they booked another delivery time for 10:30. So I said as long as they can get my rental to me by 11:30 It would be fine they didn't show up till 12:30 and my place was just 5 minutes from there place of business. And finally I told them that they had to pick up the chairs and the other rentals by 11:00 pm since we had to be out of the facility by 12:00 we waited outside the facility with all the rental equipment till 1:00 and no one showed up not even a phone call so we left the chairs and the linens on the outside of the facility. I got a call the next day around 11:00 am that they wanted to pick up their rental so I told them it's at the facility they didn't even apologize. Bad Business read more

I would do negative five stars if I could. We bought our own balloons and dropped them off for an order on Saturday (1/13) afternoon with Ceci to pick up on Sunday morning for my son's birthday. When we came on Sunday morning (an hour after opening hours), they were completely closed and locked up. We called and called and called but the calls all went to voicemail. No notice, no heads up. No good. Don't do business here. They have zero scruples. read more

Unlike the other complaints Iam happy to sayni had a wonderful experience. I went in a week ahead to place my order for a jumper, chairs and tables. The owner was very friendly. I called the morning of to see what time she might come , no answer because moments later they were at my house. Everything was perfect, no trouble. The owner helped set up. Poor customer service. Some of their stuff is old and ugly. I really wouldn't recommend.

I rented 5 linen. Tried returning it on two different occasions during their business hours and they were not available. They finally reached out at 11 pm and refused to give me my deposit back. They were at fault for not being at the store during their business hours. Extremely unprofessional. read more

I booked a candy table with decorations, we agreed for a 3 o'clock set-up for a 5 o'clock party. I called her 3:40 after she did not arrive on time, she said she would be there in 30 minutes. I reminded her the party was starting at 5. People started arriving at 5, she showed up at 5:15 didn't have it set up until around 6. The candies supplied were minimal and not a good selection (2 different gums and some chocolate). No bags to place the candy in so nobody took any. She was supposed to make 2 large balloon pillars I asked her she said she forgot, did not offer to bring them or any type of compensation. The candies were blue and white when I asked for blue and gold. They didn't call before picking up the stuff, they just showed up. read more

Horrible Horrible Service (wish i could give NO STARS) I ordered an Ariel(little mermaid) figure pinata for my daughters 4th birthday party and the day of her party i get a call from the owner saying the person who made my pinata was running late and that she (the owner) would personally drop off the pinata to my house , im human and know shit happens so i said okay no worries thats fine with me , so the party is going on and i see its almost 7 and im calling the lady to see whats going on , and what a suprise THERES NO ANSWER i called and called and at this point i was upset so it was a good thing SHE didn't answer for her sake , so i send my brothers to the place to see if they were open still and they get there and someone was locking up the store , they stopped him and asked about my order and they said it never got there , so they just gave my brother this ugly star pinata , what kind of service is this , they didnt even have the audacity to call and explain what happened , i will never go to this place again and i really advise you not to go either save yourself the frustration ! You ruined my daughters surprise ! You guys SUCK! read more

Came here to order a bunch of balloons. They helped us immediately and we walked out with 2 dozen helium filled balloons. Most of them were pretty deflated by the end of the night...that's kind of nuts. They usually last a few days and the kids can play with them. Not these ones. Either the balloons were old or just low quality. Don't think I'll be going back there for balloons. read more

Was an hour late dropping off my tables and chairs. Even after I called 30 mins before my delivery time and they confirmed they will be here. So I was left with less than 30 mins before guests arrive to setup. Pickup was more than an hour late. Venue was at the park so me and husband was left waiting for them with 3 tired kids getting cold as it was getting dark. What really bugged me was they were not even apologetic about late pick up. I gave 2 stars because Ive used them in the past and did not have this problem. read more

Will never use them again. Bad experience. I called Thursday to set aside tables and chairs for a party Saturday. She took my info, quoted me and said items would be delivered Saturday between 11 and 12. Saturday 12pm comes and no delivery. I called to see what the status was and she tells me she does NOT HAVE MY ORDER! My party started at 2pm. Can you imagine my panic?? So she rifles through her paperwork and after maybe 5 minutes she finds my info and tells me she forgot to put the order in. My heart dropped. So then she offers to deliver the items herself (because they were backed up) before 1pm. Delivery was made at 1:30pm. Thankfully I had help to quickly get things set up enough before most guests arrived. The tables were in very bad condition, they need to be tossed and replaced. I was told they would pick up the items following day...that was not done. I had to call Monday afternoon to find out when they were picking up their items and they came an hour after that.
