I had been considering restoring my civil rights for years but wasn't sure where to start until I…read moreheard an ad for Restore My Civil Rights on the radio. Their process could not have been simpler. For a flat fee, the team--led by CEO Michael Harris and COO Leah Harris--handled everything. I appreciated that Michael, a former felon himself, personally handled my initial consultation and met with me when I needed to sign my record challenge for the AZDPS. Leah was my main point of contact and was incredibly prompt and courteous via email and text throughout the year-long process. While I never worked directly with their attorney, Andrew Long, the results speak for themselves. On my end, all I had to do was provide five character references. They took it from there, even successfully challenging the state when my records weren't updating correctly. Yesterday, I finally received confirmation that my CCW was approved. If you want a team that truly understands the struggle and delivers results with minimal hassle, look no further than Restore My Civil Rights.

I'm so thankful I found Restore My Civil Rights to guide my process and help me to achieve goals I never thought possible. I would like to sincerely thank Michael and everyone for being such an important part of my life change. You've helped me to restore so much more than my civil rights! Thanks

I have worked with Dawn Kaiser with a chapter 13 bankruptcy…read more Bankruptcies are not known for being fun experiences. Understand that Dawn's service is not going to make this unpleasantness 'magically disappear'. It's going to be hard work. But just like a good trail guide can point out where firm ground is, and where you're going to fall off the edge of a cliff if you're not careful -- so Dawn can help navigate a very complex and uncomfortable experience -- and at a very reasonable price. Dawn guided my wife and I through the experience of getting our paperwork together and coached us on where / when to file and how much to budget for filing. She is very compassionate and gentle. She was even willing to work with us on making a payment plan for her fee if we needed to, which was very reasonable to begin with! Make no mistake: Dawn is not an attorney. She'll point this out to you several times. She can't represent you in court. But she knows her stuff, and her experience shows. I would definitely recommend Dawn and Arizona Legal Services to anyone who needs help with any of the areas she provides services for: divorce, paternity, child support / custody / visitation, bankruptcies, wills, powers of attorneys, probates, guardianship, conservatorships, non-probate transfers, and name changes.
