They provide all of the amenities of home for their guests. We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit next to our cabin and rocking on the front porch in the evenings. The sound of the water moving down the river and the seclusion of the location is peaceful and good for the soul. Due to the convenient location we were able to enjoy sight seeing in North Carolina and Tennessee and take in the breathtaking views from the mountains when hiking. For anyone who loves the outdoors as we do this is the perfect location to spend a vacation. The small town of Erwin is a favorite of ours for its charm and unique shops. We look forward to spending more time at the farm!

When I arrived a few days later they took me in as if I were family. I had injuries from the trail and without hesitation got me the medical treatment I needed. They put me up in the cabin where again they made me feel at home...so much so I did not want to leave spending 5 days with them. I met many other wonderful guests who shared the cabin and stayed in their guest rooms in the house overlooking the scenic view of the river. If you need a bed, room or whole house rental I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cantarroso Farms as must visit in Erwin Tennessee. Trail Name: "Wye Knot"

They had a giant butterfly and giant owl on display but when I asked about the owl, it was not really related to the area or any activities that staff could communicate. They basically just said that it looks nice and the lady who made the large butterfly made that also, so they put it up. I thought that was a little strange as North Carolina has barred owls but not the specific species that the giant decoration is. It does make for a nice piece to look at though. They did have printed information for the activity that I was specifically looking for and everything was well organized. This location is definitely worth a stop.

The traffic isn't awful but if seclusion is your goal you may want to pick one of the spots away from the creek. This may have been the best child free getaway that we've ever had. Our cabin at Broadwing Farms…read moredefinitely helped us unplug and reconnect. We left feeling so many emotions, but renewed, grateful and inspired were the strongest. Check in was simple. I was sent an extremely well laid out itinerary for checking in, what to expect during our stay, procedures, directions. They thought of everything. I didn't need to ask a single question. We stayed in the Pine cabin. I was booking 2 weeks in advance, so I had to take what was open and change my dates to stay during the week. Initially I had my sights set on the cabin with a screened in porch, but this sweet cabin was perfect for just the 2 of us. I can't say enough good things about our stay. The view from our little front porch, paired with the symphony of frogs, cicadas, and other wildlife was intoxicating. It was my favorite spot to eat breakfast, have my morning coffee, and then tea after lunch and dinner. It was still cool enough at night to open the windows and enjoy being sung to sleep by nature. Our private, large hot tub filled with mineral water from the hot springs was heaven on earth. It really did ease our achey joints and my skin seemed to love it. There's just enough of an opening in the trees above, in this secluded little haven, to be able to see the stars at night. I thoroughly enjoyed floating on my back, gazing at the stars at night. Then again in the morning, while the light, cool rain washed over the top of me. Everything about our stay was sensory heaven for me. The cabin was well stocked with what we may need. Very clean and cozy. By bringing our own bed linens and towels we saved $35 off of our cleaning fee. Cell service in the community is really spotty, so I was relieved to have wifi access in the cabin. For some reason, we figured out that we got the best connection on the couch by the patio doors. While we wanted to unplug for the week, we still needed to be able to check on our feral roommates that we call grandchildren. I hope my review inspires others to travel to Hot Springs. This community is still recovering from Hurricane Helene and could use our support. Everywhere we went, we were met with such friendliness and warmth. We heard several stories of resilience and of a community coming together for the greater good. They deserve more help than what they've received so far.
