First, I was told, after going through 20 minutes of robot calls etc., that it would be a $65 fee for a roadside assistance request in the first 24 hours. I was told it was in my confirmation email "in fine print." That's just a plain lie. It's nowhere to be found, and if a 39 year old tech-savvy person like myself can't find it, that means it's designed to be hidden to screw people over. This is deceptive business practices at its finest. Don't go to these people. There's bound to be another roadside assistance option.

On Wednesday, January 8, I called the North Asheville Merriman Avenue location in a panic. I spoke with Ian, who clarified what my issue was and told me that he could help me. Ian was able to solve the problem of my lost car key. He quickly found the key because of his experience at Apple Tree Honda. He showed me that there was a pocket near where the seatbelt clamps.
