We'll probably have to get another tow to a different auto shop due to timing + services available but if we ever find ourselves in a situation, glad to know we have AAA there to help.

It's nowhere to be found, and if a 39 year old tech-savvy person like myself can't find it, that means it's designed to be hidden to screw people over. This is deceptive business practices at its finest. Don't go to these people. There's bound to be another roadside assistance option.

I am always skeptical of incoming calls, and my suspicions increased when she transferred me to her manager to get additional information. The manager indicated I had won two free tickets valid for any airline in the US. I pointed out the discrepancy and I asked which company she was with. She said, "Preview Travel Center." So, I looked it up and found all these reviews. I said, "While you were speaking, I just looked up Preview Travel Center online." She immediately hung up. The phone number they used for the call was spoofed, and the phone number given by Kim the manager, 602-935-0294, seems to be a valid phone number, but it's answered by a digital screening system.
