Navigating post-Helene recovery efforts for our home building and resilience hub volunteers, we faced incredibly challenging and often remote sites, with each location over an hour away from the hub. The logistical requirements were complex, requiring us to manage 100 people in tight teams of ten a task that would have been impossible without David and his team. They were absolute professionals, but what truly blew us away was their heart. Every single driver was not only deeply knowledgeable and local but went above and beyond to become active participants in our service projects. They didn't just drive; they served. It was life-changing work, and their kindness and willingness to tackle those difficult, distant sites with us was the cornerstone of our success. We could not have done this without them. They are an exceptional group of people.

As the first reviewer of Limo Zen (limousine service), I'm pleased to report that my experience was…read moreabsolutely great. My wife and I attended a wedding this past weekend (9/17/16) at The Cliffs at Glassy. We live in Tryon, NC and didn't want to drive there for the wedding and back after the reception. In addition, we had never been to The Cliffs and were not sure where it was and how to navigate the winding road leading up to the resort. Having Limo Zen in the area was a blessing. We easily set up the reservation online and received a prompt reply from Heather confirming everything. A few days before the event she sent me the driver's name (Joe P.) and his contact number. On the day of the event I called Heather to confirm everything (because I'm a little OCD about plans and schedules). She confirmed that Joe would pick us up at 3:15 PM. At 3:10 PM he pulled into our driveway. PERFECT timing! The vehicle assigned to us that evening was a new black Cadillac Escalade. Joe has the AC set low (it was a hot day) and bottles of water for us. He was a delight to have a driver. Joe, we learned is a recent transplant to the area from Upstate NY so my wife and I (both native Tar Heels) had a lot of fun talking with him. Although only in the area a short while, Joe knew exactly where we going and the shortest route to take. We arrived right on time. After a beautiful wedding and wonderful reception, Joe picked us up at 9:30 PM (again perfect timing). We have used UBER, limo services and executive cars a lot when traveling in large cities and we can say Limo Zen (including Heather and Joe) are as good as any big city transportation service. I hope Limo Zen has a long and prosperous future in the WNC & Upstate SC area because we really need top level transportation services. Thanks Limo Zen. I'm sure we'll be using you again.

BEWARE OF THESE THIEVES! THEY STEAL FROM THE ELDERLY! I…read morebooked Prestige for my elderly mother and aunt who were flying into Asheville. Their flight was delayed to the next morning. Prestige did not have a driver available and refuses to refund us. They said they have a 24 hour cancellation policy, but that policy doesn't actually exist. It's not on their website (although I'm sure they are working to add it now) and they didn't say anything about that policy when we booked with them. How does an airport transfer company not handle issues that arise when flights are delayed to the next day is beyond me. This is part of running an airport transport service... you either get another driver to handle the delayed arrival or you refund for not providing a service. You are not doing either one and have no actual cancellation policy that is available for anyone to see before (or after) booking - that's just theft and luckily AMEX will be reversing the charge for us. Use any other service in Asheville!

Justin is easily one of the most gracious, respectful, communicative, responsive, and professional people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. We were planning a wedding in WNC from afar as we don't live fulltime in the area, and Justin made our lives infinitely easier throughout the planning process as we arranged to/from transportation for all of our guests who joined us for our wedding and reception. In addition to immaculate transportation service, every single guest who rode with Justin raved about his service and all the little things he did (remembering people's names before even meeting them in person; politely helping people in/out vans, etc). We were surprised that Justin did a 'dry run' in advance of the wedding and in doing so, discovered optimal paths that saved our guests time in getting to the wedding safely and expeditiously. And as my wife and I reveled in the reception celebration, Justin enabled us to enjoy without having to feel like we were clock-watching. Lastly, it had snowed overnight before our wedding; I'm sure our guests were relatively nervous about a winter wedding with below freezing temperatures, but Justin was expert in safely navigating up and down the mountain. If you have the opportunity to work with this organization, it'll be the easiest and best decision you make for whatever it is you're planning.

I reached out to Johnny with a full afternoon itinerary that would take us around to 3 wineries in the region. Johnny pulled up at 11:30 on the DOT, his car was spotless, and he was so personable. He's born and raised in the area and had a lot of great stories to share with us on our 30 minute ride down to the vineyards. On a whim, we realized that we were passing by the woodshop of our family friends and we asked if he would mind pulling into the driveway to see if he was home, he didn't even flinch as we pulled up the gravel driveway to the little cottage-like home that was quite the deviation from the plan to the winery. To say he is flexible and accommodating would be an understatement. We are only in the area once, maybe twice a year, but my family is already floating his business card and information around their development because of how great his service is. If you're in the Asheville/Hendersonville area and need local transportation 11/10, Johnny is your guy.
